Why is there a minimum order amount to checkout?

The minimum order amount is $25.

Due to the incredibly amazing deals we offer on our website we need to make sure that our operational costs are covered when processing orders to be shipped. The minimum helps us maintain a high level of service that all customers have come to appreciate.

How do the price breaks work?

Most product pages will have a chart showing what quantity you will have to buy to receive that level of discount. The discount will be applied automatically when you add it to your cart. No coupons or promo codes needed.

When do you receive new products and restock sold out products?

Due to our extremely low prices, products tend to sell out very quickly. In many cases we do not expect to restock specific items because they are a one of a kind offer.

We highly recommend all customers to take advantage of any deals they are interested in right away because we are limited to whatever supply we currently have.


What locations do you ship to?

We ship throughout the United States, except for Hawaii, Alaska, U.S. territories, and to P.O. boxes.

How long will it take to fulfill an order?

Most in-stock orders are fulfilled by the following business day, with exceptions for holidays, inclement weather conditions or other unforeseen events.

How much will shipping cost?

Customers can get their shipping cost calculated in the shipping section of the checkout process, before finalizing their order.

Please note that the shipping times are estimates and is not a guarantee of service times. Business days are considered as Monday through Friday during normal hours of operations.

Shipping does not include the processing time of an order, which involves picking and packing the products.

For overnight and express shipping, the order will be shipped the same day if placed before 2 pm. If placed after 2 pm, the order will be shipped the following business day.

Please be aware that federal holidays, weather events, and other factors may alter the estimated arrival.

How do I track my order?

After a order has been processed, a shipping confirmation email will be sent to you with a tracking number. Please check your junk/SPAM folder in your email if you can't find it in the inbox.

You can also check on the status of your order and lookup previous orders by logging into your account page (if you created one previously during checkout).

Please keep in mind that it may take up to 24-hours for tracking information to update.

Has my order shipped?

You can check the status of your order by logging into your account and viewing past orders.


What is your return policy?

Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Please let us know if there is any way we can help you!

You can return any order for any reason if you're unsatisfied within 30 days. Products must be in new/like-new condition. Any consumable product (i.e. food, beauty, cleaning products) must be in sealed/unused condition. Products marked as "Clearance" are final sale only and are non-returnable and non-refundable.

We reserve the right to request return shipping cost and up to 20% restocking fee to be paid by the buyer for any discounted bulk (Buy More, Save More) purchases. These purchases are already discounted to support resellers, and we cannot bear the cost of return shipping and restocking.

How long does it take for my refund to be processed?

Refunds can take between 1 to 10 business days to be credited back to you. Processing times will vary depending on the payment method.

Buy Now Pay Later

What is Buy Now, Pay Later?

This is a service offered by some of our payment providers. Its name describes exactly what it is. You can buy what you want now and pay for them at a later time.

However, you do need to be approved by the payment provider you choose to use this service with and only certain minimum order sizes will qualify.

Keep in mind that each provider is different and have their own sets of requirements, so please review their policies on their respective sites.
