Due to the incredibly amazing deals we offer on our website we need to make sure that our operational costs are covered when processing orders to be shipped. The minimum helps us maintain a high level of service that all customers have come to appreciate.

Each product listing will have a chart that will show at what quantity you will have to buy to receive that level of discount. The discount will be applied automatically when you add it to your cart. No coupons or promo codes needed.

Due to our extremely low prices, products tend to sell out very quickly. In many cases we do not expect to restock specific items because they are a one of a kind offer.

We highly recommend all customers to take advantage of any deals they are interested in right away because we are limited to whatever supply we currently have.

It is our way of thanking customers by rewarding them with additional saving bonuses on top of what they already save with us. The program also gives members access to other exclusive promotional offers.

As a member of the Matt's Cash loyalty program you will earn a point for every dollar that you spend with Matt's Warehouse Deals. The more points that are accumulated the higher your level of discount will be. There are 3 levels of discounts: silver, gold, and platinum.

SHIPPING

Customers can get an estimated shipping cost before checking out by using the shipping calculator in the shopping cart.

Please note that the calculator is only available when there is at least one item in the cart.

Business days are considered as Monday through Friday during normal hours of operations.

Shipping does not include the processing time of an order, which involves picking and packing the products. Most orders will typically be ready for shipping within 24-hours of an order being placed.

Orders are processed the same or next day. Orders with ground shipping are usually shipped within 3-5 business days. For overnight and express shipping, the order will be shipped the same day if placed before 2 pm. If placed after 2 pm, the order will be shipped the following business day.

Please be aware that federal holidays, weather events, and other factors may alter the estimated arrival.

After a order has been processed, a shipping confirmation email will be sent to you with a tracking number. Please check your junk/SPAM folder in your email if you can't find it in the inbox.

You can also check on the status of your order and lookup previous orders by logging into your account page (if you created one previously during checkout).

Please keep in mind that it may take up to 24-hours for tracking information to update.

RETURNS

Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Please let us know if there is any way we can help you!

You can return any order for any reason if you're unsatisfied within 30 days. Products must be in new/like-new condition. Any consumable product (i.e. food, beauty, cleaning products) must be in sealed/unused condition. Products marked as "Clearance" are final sale only and are non-returnable and non-refundable.

We reserve the right to request return shipping cost and up to 20% restocking fee to be paid by the buyer for any discounted bulk (Buy More, Save More) purchases. These purchases are already discounted to support resellers, and we cannot bear the cost of return shipping and restocking.

Refunds typically appear on card statements within 3-7 business days. Since refunds are processed by your bank, wait times can vary.
