Your access to and use of this Website is conditional upon your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to everyone, including but not limited to visitors, users and others, who wish to access and use the Website.

By accessing or using the Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the Terms, then you do not have our permission to access or use the Website.

2. Definitions

  • "MWD," "we," "us," or "our" refers to Matt’s Warehouse Deals 

  • "You" or "your" refers to the user or customer accessing the Site.

3. Offers and Pricing

We offer goods for sale on this Website. The price of these goods can be found listed on the Website. This price does not include taxes or other fees that you may be charged.  Prices may change without notice.

4. Purchases

When you make a purchase on the Website, you will be using one of the following third-party payment processors, Shopify Payments, PayPal, Klarna, and Sezzle that will collect your payment information and process your payment. We are not responsible for the collection, use, sharing, or security of your billing information by Shopify Payments, PayPal, Klarna, and Sezzle. The following payment method(s) are accepted by the third-party payment processors: American Express, Discover, MasterCard, Visa, and PayPal.

You hereby represent and warrant that you have the legal right to use the payment method(s) in connection with any purchase and that the information that you supply to us and to the third-party payment processors is true, correct, and complete.

5. Cancellation Policy

We offer cancellations on purchases made of the goods offered on our Website. We offer cancellations only prior to shipment. You may cancel your order by emailing us at support@mattswarehousedeals.com. You will not be charged a cancellation fee if you cancel your purchase in accordance with the instructions above. We will issue you a refund of the full purchase price that you paid if you cancel your purchase.

We reserve the right to cancel your purchase for any reason, at our sole discretion, including but not limited to suspected fraud, inaccuracies, and unavailability of the items or services purchased. 

We will issue you a refund of the full purchase price to your original payment method that you paid with if we cancel your purchase.

6. Refund Policy

Returns/Exchanges

You may return or exchange items (except NON-REFUNDABLE below) within 30 calendar days of when you first receive your order, with the following conditions:

  • Products must be in new/like-new condition, unless they were damaged in transit or received damaged

  • Any consumable product (i.e. food, beauty, cleaning products) must be sealed and unused

How Do I Return/Exchange an Item?

To begin your return or exchange process, please email us at support@mattswarehousedeals.com. Include the following information in your request:

  • Email Title:  Return Request Order #XXXXX

  • Email Body: 

  1. First and last name on the order

  2. List of item(s) that you would like return / exchange

  3. Reason for your return / exchange

  • Please attach photos of any damaged item(s) if applicable

Our Customer Care Team will promptly review your request and advise you of next steps.

Non-Refundable Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards

  • Any products marked as "Clearance" or in the "Clearance Category" or "Final Sale" are "final" sale, and are non-returnable and non-refundable.

  • All food, personal care, and health and beauty products, including but not limited to: Grocery, chips, drinks, toothpaste, cosmetics, body wash, makeup, skin care, bath and body, bandages, incontinence, bandages, shampoo and conditioner.  

  • Seasonal Items, including but not limited to holiday-themed products, or things that would be purchased during certain weather conditions.  This includes, but is not limited to:  Heaters, Air conditioners, sunscreen, beach items, jackets, scarves, gift sets, waterproof tote bags. 

  • Any item purchased in units of 5 or more is defined as a “Bulk Purchase”.  Bulk Purchase items are typically discounted and are NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURNS, REFUNDS, or Exchanges

What happens after my request is submitted?

If you simply decide that you do not want an item, or don't need it, please mail it back to us at the following address:

You are responsible for your own shipping cost if you simply don’t want something or don’t need it.  We make every effort to provide huge discounts from MSRP on goods, and the costs of paying for returns IS NOT built in to your purchase price here.   

Upon receiving your item(s) back, we will process a refund/replacement within 1-3 business days.   It could take up to 7 days to hit your account.  

Matt's Warehouse Deals is under no obligation to refund any items not returned. All item returns must be initiated within 30 days of purchase.  

If you have ordered larger quantities of items and received any bulk discount(s), these items are you will be subject to a 25% restocking fee.  We view these transactions as a “wholesale purchase” for “resellers”, and feel that we should not be responsible to take losses if those items do not work for you as a reseller.  As a reseller, please do your own research and due diligence before making a bulk purchase at a discount.

Mistakes

In the case of a mistake we made: wrong size, wrong item, product damaged, missing quantity- we will either replace or refund, at our discretion.   We will either advise you to keep the wrong items or to return.   If we need to get the wrong or damaged items back, we will send a prepaid return shipping label and pay for the cost to return it  to us.   When we receive the items back, we will issue a refund or replacement. 

If we made a mistake and you need replacements expedited, please contact us!  We will do our best to help you!

How will I be refunded?

Refunds will be made to the original payment method used.

7. Shipping Policy

1. Processing Time:

  • All orders are typically processed within 1-2 days.  We process orders 7 days a week, but orders may not leave our facility on Saturday and Sunday.  This processing time may fluctuate with an increase in order volume or seasonally.  We do our best to notify you on site banners of any delay that may occur.  

2. Shipping Rates 

  • Shipping is a flat rate of $11.95 for all orders in the continental US.  

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking:

  • You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has been shipped containing your tracking number(s).

4. Shipping Methods:

  • We ship through UPS and USPS primarily.  We do offer rush/expedited services also.  

5. Shipping Restrictions:

  • We currently ship to addresses within the United States only. We do not ship to international addresses..

6. Delivery Delays:

  • Matt's Warehouse Deals is not responsible for any delays in shipping, including but not limited to carrier delays, natural disasters, or inclement weather.

7. Shipping Address Accuracy:

  • Please ensure that you provide the correct shipping address at checkout. Matt's Warehouse Deals is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or invalid addresses.

8. Lost or Stolen Packages:

  • Matt's Warehouse Deals is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, we will confirm the delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.

9. Shipping Policy Changes:

  • Matt's Warehouse Deals reserves the right to modify this shipping policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the updated policy on our website.

8. No Warranty on Purchases

MWD sells products without warranties, express or implied. By purchasing from MWD, you agree to the following terms:

  1. No Express Warranties: MWD does not provide any express warranties unless explicitly stated in writing at the time of purchase.

  2. No Implied Warranties: To the fullest extent permissible pursuant to applicable law, MWD disclaims all implied warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

  3. As-Is Products: All products sold by WLE are sold "as-is" and "with all faults." Customers are responsible for examining products prior to purchase.

  4. Limitation of Liability: In no event shall MWD be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or damages for lost profits, revenue, or use, incurred by the customer or any third party, whether in an action in contract or tort, arising from your purchase of products from MWD.

  5. Exclusive Remedy: Your sole and exclusive remedy for any dispute with MWD relating to your purchase shall be a refund of the purchase price or replacement of the product, at MWD’s discretion.

  6. State Law: This policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

  7. Modification of Policy: MWD reserves the right to modify or amend this policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the revised policy on our website or other prominent locations.

9. Accounts

When you create an account on our Website, you guarantee that you are 18 years of age or older and that the information that you provide us is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Inaccurate, incomplete, or obsolete information may result in the immediate termination of your account on the Website.
