All orders are typically processed within 1-2 days. We process orders 7 days a week, but orders may not leave our facility on Saturday and Sunday. This processing time may fluctuate with an increase in order volume or seasonally. We do our best to notify you on site banners of any delay that may occur.

Shipping is a flat rate of $11.95 for all orders in the continental US.
3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking:

You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has been shipped containing your tracking number(s).
4. Shipping Methods:

We ship through UPS and USPS primarily. We do offer rush/expedited services also.
5. Shipping Restrictions:

We currently ship to addresses within the United States only. We do not ship to international addresses..

Matt's Warehouse Deals is not responsible for any delays in shipping, including but not limited to carrier delays, natural disasters, or inclement weather.

Please ensure that you provide the correct shipping address at checkout. Matt's Warehouse Deals is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or invalid addresses.
8. Lost or Stolen Packages:

Matt's Warehouse Deals is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, we will confirm the delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
