You may return products within 30 days of purchase, with the following conditions:

  • Products must be in new/like-new condition.
  • Any consumable product (i.e. food, beauty, cleaning products) must be in sealed/unused condition.
  • We reserve the right to request return shipping cost and up to 20% restocking fee to be paid by the buyer for any discounted bulk (Buy More, Save More) purchases. These purchases are already discounted to support resellers, and we cannot bear the cost of return shipping and restocking.

What items are non-refundable? 

 The following items cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards
  • Any products marked as "Clearance" are final sale only and are non-returnable and non-refundable.

How do I request a return?

To begin the return process, please submit a return request to our customer support team here or at: Include the following information in your request:

  • Order number
  • First and last name on the order
  • Email address used on the order
  • List of item(s) that you would like to return
  • Reason for your return

What if the item I received is damaged?

If a product is damaged, contact us within 7 days of the delivered date for an exchange or refund.

Can the item(s) be exchanged?

We allow exchanges on select products. Once an exchange request is approved, the replaced item will be shipped to you.

What are the refund options?

Refunds will be made to the original payment method used.

How do I ship back the items?

For instructions on how to ship the returned products, refer to the email received after placing the return request.

Please do not send any returns until you have contacted us and received an authorization to do so. Any unauthorized returns will be refused.

How soon will I get my refund?

Once your returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified via an email. You will also be informed about the approval or rejection of your refund request. If approved, the refund request will be processed within 5 - 7 working days after approval.
