You may return or exchange products within 30 calendar days of when you first receive your order, with the following conditions:
- Products must be in new/like-new resellable condition
- Any consumable product (i.e. food, beauty, cleaning products) must be sealed and unused
We reserve the right to request return shipping costs and/or a restocking fee of up to 20% of the order.
WHAT ITEMS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE?
The following items cannot be returned:
- Gift cards
- Any products marked as "Clearance" are final. They are non-returnable and non-refundable.
- Any consumable products that have passed their expiration date, have been opened or show signs of use.
WHAT IF THE ITEM I RECEIVED IS DAMAGED?
If a product is damaged, contact us within 7 days from the delivered tracking date for an exchange or refund.
CAN ITEM(S) BE EXCHANGED?
We allow exchange requests up to 30 calendar days from when you first receive your order.
HOW DO I RETURN / EXCHANGE AN ITEM?
- Order number
- First and last name on the order
- Email address used on the order
- List of item(s) that you would like return / exchange
- Reason for your return / exchange
WHAT HAPPENS AFTER A REQUEST IS SUBMITTED?
After your request for a return or exchange is received and approved, you will receive an email from our support team providing further instructions. DO NOT send back any items until directed to do so. Unapproved returns / exchanges will not be accepted.
Once your return is inspected and returned in good condition, a credit will be issued less the restocking fee and the original shipping cost.
Please allow up to 3 business days for the returned items to be inspected.
HOW DO I SHIP BACK THE ITEMS?
For instructions on how to ship the returned products, refer to the email received from our support team.
You will be responsible for packing and returning the items in an acceptable condition, along with their associated shipping expenses.
Please do not send any shipments until you have contacted us and received an authorization to do so. Any unauthorized returns will be refused.

HOW SOON WILL I GET MY REFUND?
Once your returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified via an email. You will also be informed about the approval or rejection of your refund request. If approved, the refund request will be processed within 5 - 7 working days after approval.
