Returns/Exchanges
You may return or exchange items (except NON-REFUNDABLE below) within 30 calendar days of when you first receive your order, with the following conditions:

Products must be in new/like-new condition, unless they were damaged in transit or received damaged

Any consumable product (i.e. food, beauty, cleaning products) must be sealed and unused

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:

Any products marked as "Clearance" or in the "Clearance Category" or "Final Sale" are "final" sale, and are non-returnable and non-refundable.

All food, personal care, and health and beauty products, including but not limited to: Grocery, chips, drinks, toothpaste, cosmetics, body wash, makeup, skin care, bath and body, bandages, incontinence, bandages, shampoo and conditioner.
- Seasonal Items, including but not limited to holiday-themed products, or things that would be purchased during certain weather conditions. This includes, but is not limited to: Heaters, Air conditioners, sunscreen, beach items, jackets, scarves, gift sets, waterproof tote bags.

Any item purchased in units of 5 or more is defined as a “Bulk Purchase”. Bulk Purchase items are typically discounted and are NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURNS, REFUNDS, or Exchanges
What happens after my request is submitted?
If you simply decide that you do not want an item, or don't need it, please mail it back to us at the following address:

You are responsible for your own shipping cost if you simply don’t want something or don’t need it. We make every effort to provide huge discounts from MSRP on goods, and the costs of paying for returns IS NOT built in to your purchase price here.
Upon receiving your item(s) back, we will process a refund/replacement within 1-3 business days. It could take up to 7 days to hit your account.
Matt's Warehouse Deals is under no obligation to refund any items not returned. All returns must be initiated within 30 days of purchase.
If you have ordered larger quantities of items and received any bulk discount(s), these items are excluded from our return policy, as stated above. If we choose to accept them, you will be subject to a 25% restocking fee. We view these transactions as a “wholesale purchase” for “resellers”, and feel that we should not be responsible to lose money if those items do not work for you as a reseller. As a reseller, please do your own research and due diligence before making a bulk purchase at a discount.
Mistakes
In the case of a mistake we made: wrong size, wrong item, product damaged, missing quantity, we will either replace or refund, at our discretion. We will either advise you to keep the wrong items or to return. If we need to get the wrong or damaged items back, we will send a prepaid return shipping label and pay for the cost to return it to us. When we receive the items back, we will issue a refund or replacement.
If we made a mistake and you need replacements expedited, please contact us! We will do our best to help you!
How will I be refunded?
Refunds will be made to the original payment method used.
