• Wake up to the magic of the Ball Drop Sublimation Transfer! Designed to add a touch of whimsy to your creations, this transfer is perfect for small business owners, craft enthusiasts, and deal hunters.
• For best results, we recommend applying the transfer on items with a sublimation coating or a high polyester count. 100% white polyester shirts are ideal for achieving stunning results.
• If you're aiming for a faded or vintage look, opt for shirts with a 65% polyester blend and pastel colors.
• Remember, avoid using cotton or fabrics with less than 65% polyester for optimal performance.
• Note that black shirts are not compatible with this transfer.

Application Directions:

• Heat Press Required: Ensure you have a heat press before using this sublimation transfer.
• Set your heat press to a temperature between 385-400 degrees Fahrenheit to activate the magic.
• Prior to applying the transfer, pre-press the shirt for 5 seconds to ensure a smooth canvas.
• To prevent bleeding through to the back of the item and the pressing pillow, insert white butcher paper inside the shirt.
• Place the transfer face down on the shirt and protect the top of the transfer with butcher paper.
• Apply medium pressure and let the press work its enchantment for 45-60 seconds.
• Immediately remove both the butcher paper and transfer to avoid any ghosting effects.

Washing Instructions:

• To keep the magic alive, machine wash the shirt with cold water while it's turned inside out.
• For drying, hang the shirt and let it air dry, but keep it away from the dryer.
• Remember, this magical creation prefers to stay away from the iron, bleach, fabric softener, and dry cleaning.

RETURNS

You may return or exchange products within 30 calendar days of when you first receive your order, with the following conditions:

• Products must be in new/like-new resellable condition
• Any consumable product (i.e. food, beauty, cleaning products) must be sealed and unused.

We reserve the right to request return shipping costs and/or a restocking fee of up to 20% of the order.

The following items cannot be returned:

• Gift cards
• Any products marked as "Clearance" are final.
• Any consumable products that have passed their expiration date, have been opened or show signs of use.

EXCHANGES

We allow exchange requests up to 30 calendar days from when you first receive your order.

REFUNDS

After receiving the returned items, a refund will be processed within 5 - 7 working days after approval.
