• For best results, apply this transfer to items with a sublimation coating or those made of high-quality polyester. We recommend using 100% white polyester shirts for optimal vibrancy.
• If you prefer a faded or vintage look, go for shirts with 65% polyester content or pastel colors.
• Avoid using cotton or materials with less than 65% polyester for the transfer.
• Please note that our sublimation transfer doesn't work on black shirts.

Get ready to work your magic with our easy application process:

• Step 1: Make sure you have a heat press, as it's essential for sublimation transfer.
• Step 2: Set your heat press to a temperature between 385-400 degrees Fahrenheit.
• Step 3: Pre-press the shirt for 5 seconds to ensure a smooth application.
• Step 4: Place a white butcher paper inside the shirt to prevent ink bleeding through to the back or the pressing pillow.
• Step 5: Carefully position the transfer face down on the shirt. Cover the top of the transfer with butcher paper to protect your press.
• Step 6: Apply medium pressure and press for 45-60 seconds.
• Step 7: Remove both the butcher paper and transfer immediately to prevent any ghosting.

Now, let's make sure your masterpiece lasts:

• Step 1: Machine wash the shirt inside out with cold water.
• Step 2: Hang it up to dry naturally, avoiding the dryer.
• Step 3: Say no to ironing, bleach, fabric softener, and dry cleaning. They don't play well with our transfer.

We now ship to Puerto Rico via UPS. Please check calculated rates at checkout. These orders are not valid with our current flat rate shipping offers.

RETURNS

You may return or exchange products within 30 calendar days of when you first receive your order, with the following conditions:

• Products must be in new/like-new resellable condition
• Any consumable product (i.e. food, beauty, cleaning products) must be sealed and unused.

We reserve the right to request return shipping costs and/or a restocking fee of up to 20% of the order.

The following items cannot be returned:

• Gift cards
• Any products marked as "Clearance" are final.
• Any consumable products that have passed their expiration date, have been opened or show signs of use.

EXCHANGES

We allow exchange requests up to 30 calendar days from when you first receive your order.

REFUNDS
