• For best results, apply this transfer to items with a sublimation coating or a high polyester count. We highly recommend using 100% white polyester shirts for a vibrant and stunning finish.
• If you prefer a faded or vintage look, opt for shirts with 65% polyester or pastel colors.
• Remember, avoid using cotton or materials with less than 65% polyester.
• Please note that black shirts are not suitable for this transfer.

Application Directions:

• A heat press is essential for using this sublimation transfer.
• Set your heat press to a temperature between 385-400 degrees Fahrenheit.
• Pre-press your shirt for 5 seconds to ensure a smooth application.
• Place white butcher paper inside the shirt to prevent any ink bleeding through to the back or the pressing pillow.
• Position the transfer face down on the shirt and cover the top with butcher paper to protect your press.
• Apply medium pressure and press for 45-60 seconds.
• Remove both the butcher paper and transfer immediately to prevent any "ghosting" effect.

Washing Instructions:

• For long-lasting results, machine wash your shirt with cold water, turned inside out.
• Hang the shirt to dry, avoiding the use of a dryer.
• Do not iron the design, bleach, use fabric softener, or dry clean the shirt.

RETURNS

You may return or exchange products within 30 calendar days of when you first receive your order, with the following conditions:

• Products must be in new/like-new resellable condition
• Any consumable product (i.e. food, beauty, cleaning products) must be sealed and unused.

We reserve the right to request return shipping costs and/or a restocking fee of up to 20% of the order.

The following items cannot be returned:

• Gift cards
• Any products marked as "Clearance" are final.
• Any consumable products that have passed their expiration date, have been opened or show signs of use.

EXCHANGES

We allow exchange requests up to 30 calendar days from when you first receive your order.

REFUNDS

After receiving the returned items, a refund will be processed within 5 - 7 working days after approval.
