Add a touch of magic to your creations with our sublimation transfer. For best results, apply it to an item with a sublimation coating or a high polyester count. We recommend using 100% white polyester shirts for a vibrant and eye-catching design.

• 100% WHITE polyester is suggested for shirts
• 65% polyester for shirts and pastel colors will give you a faded look or vintage look
• Please do not use cotton or anything below 65% polyester
• BLACK SHIRTS WILL NOT WORK

Bring your designs to life effortlessly with our easy application directions. You'll need a heat press to use sublimation. Simply set your heat press to 385-400 degrees Fahrenheit and pre-press the shirt for 5 seconds. To prevent bleeding, place white butcher paper inside the shirt and cover the top of the transfer with more butcher paper.

• YOU MUST HAVE A HEAT PRESS TO USE SUBLIMATION
• Set your heat press to 385-400 degrees Fahrenheit
• Pre-press shirt first for 5 seconds
• Put white butcher paper inside of the shirt to prevent bleeding through to the back of the item and the pressing pillow
• Put transfer face down on the shirt- Cover the top of the transfer with butcher paper to prevent the ink from releasing on your press
• Press for 45-60 seconds with medium pressure
• Remove both the butcher paper and transfer immediately to prevent "Ghosting"

Keep your designs looking fresh by following our washing instructions. Machine wash with cold water, turning the shirt inside out. Hang it to dry and avoid using the dryer, iron, bleach, fabric softener, or dry cleaning.

We now ship to Puerto Rico via UPS. Please check calculated rates at checkout. These orders are not valid with our current flat rate shipping offers.

RETURNS

You may return or exchange products within 30 calendar days of when you first receive your order, with the following conditions:

• Products must be in new/like-new resellable condition
• Any consumable product (i.e. food, beauty, cleaning products) must be sealed and unused.

We reserve the right to request return shipping costs and/or a restocking fee of up to 20% of the order.

The following items cannot be returned:

• Gift cards
• Any products marked as "Clearance" are final.
• Any consumable products that have passed their expiration date, have been opened or show signs of use.

EXCHANGES

We allow exchange requests up to 30 calendar days from when you first receive your order.

REFUNDS

After receiving the returned items, a refund will be processed within 5 - 7 working days after approval.
