For optimal results, we recommend applying this transfer to items with a sublimation coating or a high polyester count. 100% white polyester is ideal for shirts, while 65% polyester is recommended for shirts and pastel colors for a faded or vintage look. Please avoid using cotton or materials with less than 65% polyester, as they may not yield the desired results. Please note that black shirts are not compatible with this transfer.

Application Directions:

• A heat press is required for using sublimation transfers.
• Set your heat press to 385-400 degrees Fahrenheit.
• Pre-press the shirt for 5 seconds.
• Place white butcher paper inside the shirt to prevent bleeding through.
• Position the transfer face down on the shirt and cover the top with butcher paper to protect your press.
• Apply medium pressure and press for 45-60 seconds.
• Remove both the butcher paper and transfer immediately to prevent any "Ghosting."

Washing Instructions:

• Machine wash the shirt with cold water, turned inside out.
• Hang the shirt to dry, avoiding the use of a dryer.
• Avoid ironing, bleaching, fabric softeners, and dry cleaning.

RETURNS

You may return or exchange products within 30 calendar days of when you first receive your order, with the following conditions:

• Products must be in new/like-new resellable condition
• Any consumable product (i.e. food, beauty, cleaning products) must be sealed and unused.

We reserve the right to request return shipping costs and/or a restocking fee of up to 20% of the order.

The following items cannot be returned:

• Gift cards
• Any products marked as "Clearance" are final.
• Any consumable products that have passed their expiration date, have been opened or show signs of use.

EXCHANGES

We allow exchange requests up to 30 calendar days from when you first receive your order.

REFUNDS
