Transform your creations into something truly personalized with Mama Peeps Name Sublimation Transfers! These transfers are designed to be applied to items with a sublimation coating or a high polyester count. For the best results, we recommend using 100% white polyester shirts or shirts with a 65% polyester content for a faded or vintage look. Please avoid using cotton or anything below 65% polyester, as the transfers may not adhere properly. Please note that black shirts are not compatible with these transfers.

Get ready to add some style and uniqueness to your creations with our simple application process. To begin, make sure you have a heat press on hand. Set the heat press to a temperature between 385-400 degrees Fahrenheit. Pre-press your shirt for 5 seconds to ensure smooth application. Next, place a white butcher paper inside the shirt to prevent any ink from bleeding through. Now, it's time to position the transfer face down on the shirt and cover the top with butcher paper to keep your press clean. Apply medium pressure and press for 45-60 seconds. Once done, quickly remove both the butcher paper and transfer to prevent any "Ghosting" effect.

Wondering how to take care of your personalized creations? We've got you covered! For washing instructions, simply machine wash your shirt with cold water while ensuring it's turned inside out. To maintain the vibrant colors and longevity of the transfer, hang it to dry. Remember, avoid using a dryer, iron, bleach, fabric softener, or any dry cleaning methods. These simple steps will help keep your personalized items looking their best for years to come!

RETURNS

You may return or exchange products within 30 calendar days of when you first receive your order, with the following conditions:

• Products must be in new/like-new resellable condition
• Any consumable product (i.e. food, beauty, cleaning products) must be sealed and unused.

We reserve the right to request return shipping costs and/or a restocking fee of up to 20% of the order.

The following items cannot be returned:

• Gift cards
• Any products marked as "Clearance" are final.
• Any consumable products that have passed their expiration date, have been opened or show signs of use.

EXCHANGES

We allow exchange requests up to 30 calendar days from when you first receive your order.

REFUNDS

After receiving the returned items, a refund will be processed within 5 - 7 working days after approval.
