Designed for maximum impact, our sublimation transfer is recommended to be applied to items with a sublimation coating or a high polyester count. To achieve the best results, we suggest using 100% white polyester shirts. If you're looking for a faded or vintage look, opt for shirts with 65% polyester or pastel colors.

Please note that cotton or materials with less than 65% polyester won't work with this transfer. And, sorry to break it to you, but black shirts are a no-go.

When it comes to applying the transfer, make sure you have a heat press on hand. Set the temperature to 385-400 degrees Fahrenheit and pre-press the shirt for 5 seconds. To prevent bleeding through the shirt, place white butcher paper inside and cover the top of the transfer with it during pressing.

Apply medium pressure and press for 45-60 seconds. Once done, remove both the butcher paper and transfer immediately to prevent any "ghosting" effect.

Now, for the washing instructions: machine wash your shirt with cold water, but be sure to turn it inside out first. Hang it to dry and avoid using the dryer, iron, bleach, fabric softener, or dry cleaning. Following these care instructions will ensure that your design stays vibrant and long-lasting.

RETURNS

You may return or exchange products within 30 calendar days of when you first receive your order, with the following conditions:

• Products must be in new/like-new resellable condition
• Any consumable product (i.e. food, beauty, cleaning products) must be sealed and unused.

We reserve the right to request return shipping costs and/or a restocking fee of up to 20% of the order.

The following items cannot be returned:

• Gift cards
• Any products marked as "Clearance" are final.
• Any consumable products that have passed their expiration date, have been opened or show signs of use.

EXCHANGES

We allow exchange requests up to 30 calendar days from when you first receive your order.
