For optimal results, we recommend applying this transfer to items with a sublimation coating or those with a high polyester count. To achieve the best outcome, we suggest using 100% white polyester shirts. If you're after a faded or vintage look, go for shirts with 65% polyester or pastel colors. Please avoid using cotton or any materials with less than 65% polyester — they won't work as effectively. Keep in mind that black shirts are not compatible with this transfer.

Now, let's dive into the application process! You'll need a heat press to utilize sublimation techniques. Set your heat press to a temperature between 385-400 degrees Fahrenheit. Start by pre-pressing the shirt for 5 seconds. To prevent ink bleeding, place white butcher paper inside the shirt and on top of the pressing pillow. Position the transfer face down on the shirt and cover it with butcher paper. Apply medium pressure and press for 45-60 seconds. Once done, swiftly remove both the butcher paper and transfer to prevent any ghostly appearances.

Keep your creations looking marvelous with proper care. When it's time to clean your shirt, machine wash it with cold water while ensuring it's turned inside out. For drying, hang it up to air dry. Remember to avoid using the dryer, iron, bleach, fabric softener, and dry cleaning methods. Following these guidelines will keep your design looking vibrant and full of life!

RETURNS

You may return or exchange products within 30 calendar days of when you first receive your order, with the following conditions:

• Products must be in new/like-new resellable condition
• Any consumable product (i.e. food, beauty, cleaning products) must be sealed and unused.

We reserve the right to request return shipping costs and/or a restocking fee of up to 20% of the order.

The following items cannot be returned:

• Gift cards
• Any products marked as "Clearance" are final.
• Any consumable products that have passed their expiration date, have been opened or show signs of use.

EXCHANGES

We allow exchange requests up to 30 calendar days from when you first receive your order.
