To achieve the best results, we recommend applying the transfers to items with a sublimation coating or a high polyester count. For shirts, we suggest using 100% white polyester to make the colors pop. If you prefer a faded or vintage look, opt for shirts with a 65% polyester blend or pastel colors. Please avoid using cotton or any materials with less than 65% polyester. Black shirts are not compatible with this transfer.

Application is a breeze with these step-by-step directions:

1. You must have a heat press to use sublimation.
2. Set your heat press to 385-400 degrees Fahrenheit.
3. Pre-press the shirt for 5 seconds.
4. Place white butcher paper inside the shirt to prevent bleeding through to the back of the item and the pressing pillow.
5. Put the transfer face down on the shirt and cover the top of the transfer with butcher paper to protect your press.
6. Press for 45-60 seconds with medium pressure.
7. Immediately remove both the butcher paper and transfer to prevent any "ghosting" effect.

Keep your creations looking fabulous with these washing instructions:

• Machine wash with cold water, ensuring the shirt is turned inside out.
• Hang the shirt to dry.
• Avoid using a dryer, iron, bleach, fabric softener, or dry cleaning.

RETURNS

You may return or exchange products within 30 calendar days of when you first receive your order, with the following conditions:

• Products must be in new/like-new resellable condition
• Any consumable product (i.e. food, beauty, cleaning products) must be sealed and unused.

We reserve the right to request return shipping costs and/or a restocking fee of up to 20% of the order.

The following items cannot be returned:

• Gift cards
• Any products marked as "Clearance" are final.
• Any consumable products that have passed their expiration date, have been opened or show signs of use.

EXCHANGES

We allow exchange requests up to 30 calendar days from when you first receive your order.

REFUNDS

After receiving the returned items, a refund will be processed within 5 - 7 working days after approval.
