Important Notes:

• This product is not eligible for returns or refunds.
• For best results, we recommend applying the transfer on 100% white polyester shirts. Pastel colors and shirts with 65% polyester will give you a faded or vintage look, adding an extra touch of charm to your creations.
• Please avoid using cotton or anything below 65% polyester, as it may affect the quality of the transfer.
• Kindly note that black shirts are not suitable for this transfer.

Application Directions:

1. You must have a heat press to use sublimation.
2. Set your heat press to a temperature between 385-400 degrees Fahrenheit.
3. Pre-press the shirt for 5 seconds.
4. Place white butcher paper inside the shirt to prevent ink bleeding through to the back of the item and the pressing pillow.
5. Put the transfer face down on the shirt. Cover the top of the transfer with butcher paper to ensure the ink doesn't release on your press.
6. Apply medium pressure and press for 45-60 seconds.
7. Immediately remove both the butcher paper and transfer to prevent any ghosting.

Washing Instructions:

• Machine wash with cold water, turning the shirt inside out.
• Hang the shirt to dry.
• Avoid using the dryer, iron, bleach, fabric softener, and dry cleaning for long-lasting results.

RETURNS

You may return or exchange products within 30 calendar days of when you first receive your order, with the following conditions:

• Products must be in new/like-new resellable condition
• Any consumable product (i.e. food, beauty, cleaning products) must be sealed and unused.

We reserve the right to request return shipping costs and/or a restocking fee of up to 20% of the order.

The following items cannot be returned:

• Gift cards
• Any products marked as "Clearance" are final.
• Any consumable products that have passed their expiration date, have been opened or show signs of use.

EXCHANGES

We allow exchange requests up to 30 calendar days from when you first receive your order.

REFUNDS

After receiving the returned items, a refund will be processed within 5 - 7 working days after approval.
