• For the best results, we recommend applying this transfer to items with a sublimation coating or those made with a high polyester count. Trust us, it's worth it!
• When it comes to shirts, 100% white polyester is like a blank canvas ready for your imagination to flourish. If you prefer a faded or vintage look, go for shirts with a 65% polyester blend or pastel colors. But remember, no black shirts, please!
• Cotton and anything below 65% polyester won't do these transfers justice. Let's keep it cozy and stick to the recommendations!

Now, let's uncover the secret to a successful sublimation process. It's time to bring out your heat press and get ready for some crafting magic!

• Set your heat press to a toasty temperature of 385-400 degrees Fahrenheit. It's getting hot in here!
• Before applying the transfer, give your shirt a pre-press hug for 5 seconds. It's like a warm-up before the main event!
• To protect your shirt and pressing pillow from ink bleed-through, place some white butcher paper inside the shirt. We wouldn't want any accidental artistic surprises!
• Gently place the transfer face down on the shirt and cover it with more butcher paper. Let's keep that ink where it belongs!
• Press everything together for 45-60 seconds with just the right amount of pressure. Perfectly pressed creations are just moments away!
• As soon as the magic is done, remove both the butcher paper and transfer immediately. We don't want any ghostly apparitions haunting your masterpiece!

Now that your creation is complete, let's make sure it stays cozy and vibrant for a long time!

• Machine wash your shirt with cold water, but remember to turn it inside out. Cozy creations deserve gentle care!
• Hang your masterpiece to dry. Let it air out and show off its charm!
• Absolutely no dryer action for this one! We want to preserve all that cozy goodness.
• Ironing, bleaching, fabric softener, and dry cleaning are not welcome here. Let's keep it natural and cozy!

We now ship to Puerto Rico via UPS. Please check calculated rates at checkout. These orders are not valid with our current flat rate shipping offers.

RETURNS

You may return or exchange products within 30 calendar days of when you first receive your order, with the following conditions:

• Products must be in new/like-new resellable condition
• Any consumable product (i.e. food, beauty, cleaning products) must be sealed and unused.

We reserve the right to request return shipping costs and/or a restocking fee of up to 20% of the order.

The following items cannot be returned:

• Gift cards
• Any products marked as "Clearance" are final.
• Any consumable products that have passed their expiration date, have been opened or show signs of use.
