Dear Person Sublimation Transfer

Unleash your creativity with our Dear Person Sublimation Transfer! Crafted with a touch of magic, this transfer is designed to be applied on items with sublimation coating or a high polyester count. For best results, we recommend using 100% white polyester shirts or 65% polyester shirts for a faded or vintage look. Please avoid using cotton or anything below 65% polyester, as well as black shirts as they won't work.

Application Directions

• To achieve sublimation, you'll need a heat press. It's a must-have!
• Set your heat press to a temperature between 385-400 degrees Fahrenheit to work its magic.
• Before applying the transfer, pre-press the shirt for 5 seconds to ensure smoothness.
• To prevent bleeding through to the back of the item and the pressing pillow, place white butcher paper inside the shirt.
• Now, lay the transfer face down on the shirt and cover the top with butcher paper to protect your press from ink release.
• Apply medium pressure and press for 45-60 seconds.
• Once done, remove both the butcher paper and transfer immediately to prevent any "Ghosting" effects.

Washing Instructions

1. After your masterpiece is complete, machine wash the shirt with cold water. Remember to turn it inside out.
2. Hang it up to dry, avoiding the use of a dryer.
3. Be sure not to iron, bleach, use fabric softener, or take it to the dry cleaner. Magic happens when we stick to these instructions!

We now ship to Puerto Rico via UPS. Please check calculated rates at checkout. These orders are not valid with our current flat rate shipping offers.

FULFILLMENT TIME

Orders are shipped out within 24 hours of being placed during normal business days.

RETURNS

You may return or exchange products within 30 calendar days of when you first receive your order, with the following conditions:

• Products must be in new/like-new resellable condition
• Any consumable product (i.e. food, beauty, cleaning products) must be sealed and unused.

We reserve the right to request return shipping costs and/or a restocking fee of up to 20% of the order.

The following items cannot be returned:

• Gift cards
• Any products marked as "Clearance" are final.
• Any consumable products that have passed their expiration date, have been opened or show signs of use.

EXCHANGES

We allow exchange requests up to 30 calendar days from when you first receive your order.

REFUNDS

After receiving the returned items, a refund will be processed within 5 - 7 working days after approval.
