Looking to create stunning designs? Our transfers are specially designed to be applied to items with a sublimation coating or a high polyester count. For best results, we recommend using 100% white polyester shirts. If you prefer a faded or vintage look, go for shirts with 65% polyester or pastel colors. Please avoid using cotton or anything below 65% polyester as they won't work. Oh, and black shirts? They won't do the trick either!

Now, let's dive into the application directions. It's important to have a heat press to use sublimation. Set your heat press to 385-400 degrees Fahrenheit and pre-press the shirt for 5 seconds. To prevent bleeding through, place white butcher paper inside the shirt and on top of the transfer. Press for 45-60 seconds with medium pressure. Remember to remove both the butcher paper and transfer immediately to prevent any ghosting!

We know you're excited to wear your new creation, but hang on - we have some washing instructions for you. Machine wash your shirt with cold water, but make sure to turn it inside out. And this is important - no dryer, no iron, no bleach, no fabric softener, and definitely no dry cleaning. Treat your shirt with love and care!

RETURNS

You may return or exchange products within 30 calendar days of when you first receive your order, with the following conditions:

• Products must be in new/like-new resellable condition
• Any consumable product (i.e. food, beauty, cleaning products) must be sealed and unused.

We reserve the right to request return shipping costs and/or a restocking fee of up to 20% of the order.

The following items cannot be returned:

• Gift cards
• Any products marked as "Clearance" are final.
• Any consumable products that have passed their expiration date, have been opened or show signs of use.

EXCHANGES

We allow exchange requests up to 30 calendar days from when you first receive your order.

REFUNDS
