Important Application Tips:

• For best results, apply this transfer to an item with a sublimation coating or one with a high polyester count. We recommend 100% white polyester shirts for vibrant designs.
• If you prefer a faded or vintage look, opt for shirts with a 65% polyester blend or pastel colors.
• Avoid using cotton or materials with less than 65% polyester, as they may not yield desired results.
• Kindly note that black shirts are not compatible with this transfer.

Application Directions:

• To use our sublimation transfer, you'll need a heat press.
• Set your heat press to a temperature between 385-400 degrees Fahrenheit.
• Pre-press the shirt for 5 seconds to ensure a smooth application.
• Place white butcher paper inside the shirt to prevent ink bleeding through to the back or pressing pillow.
• Position the transfer face down on the shirt and cover the top with butcher paper to protect your press.
• Apply medium pressure and press for 45-60 seconds.
• Remove both the butcher paper and transfer immediately to prevent any ghosting effects.

Washing Instructions:

• For long-lasting results, machine wash the shirt with cold water, turned inside out.
• Avoid using a dryer to maintain the vibrant colors and design.
• Do not iron, bleach, use fabric softener, or dry clean the item.

We now ship to Puerto Rico via UPS. Please check calculated rates at checkout. These orders are not valid with our current flat rate shipping offers.

FULFILLMENT TIME

RETURNS

You may return or exchange products within 30 calendar days of when you first receive your order, with the following conditions:

• Products must be in new/like-new resellable condition
• Any consumable product (i.e. food, beauty, cleaning products) must be sealed and unused.

We reserve the right to request return shipping costs and/or a restocking fee of up to 20% of the order.

The following items cannot be returned:

• Gift cards
• Any products marked as "Clearance" are final.
• Any consumable products that have passed their expiration date, have been opened or show signs of use.

EXCHANGES

We allow exchange requests up to 30 calendar days from when you first receive your order.

REFUNDS

After receiving the returned items, a refund will be processed within 5 - 7 working days after approval.
