• For optimal results, we recommend applying this transfer to items with a sublimation coating or a high polyester count. A 100% white polyester fabric is ideal for shirts, offering a crisp and vibrant finish.
• If you prefer a faded or vintage look, try using shirts with a 65% polyester blend and pastel colors. However, please avoid using cotton or fabrics with less than 65% polyester content.
• Kindly note that black shirts are not compatible with this transfer.

Now, let's dive into the application directions:

• Before getting started, make sure you have a heat press handy. It's an essential tool for using sublimation transfers.
• Set your heat press to a temperature between 385-400 degrees Fahrenheit, ensuring the perfect balance of heat.
• Pre-press your shirt for 5 seconds to set the stage for a mesmerizing design.
• To prevent any ink bleeding, place white butcher paper inside the shirt and cover the top of the transfer with more butcher paper.
• Gently press the transfer face down onto the shirt, maintaining medium pressure.
• Warm up your press for 45-60 seconds, and then swiftly remove both the butcher paper and transfer to avoid any ghosting effects.

Washing Instructions:

• Keep that enchanting design intact by machine washing your shirt with cold water. Remember to turn the shirt inside out for extra care.
• For drying, we recommend hanging your shirt to maintain its magical charm. Avoid using a dryer to prevent any mishaps.
• Just like a magical spell, refrain from ironing, bleaching, using fabric softener, or dry cleaning your shirt.

RETURNS

You may return or exchange products within 30 calendar days of when you first receive your order, with the following conditions:

• Products must be in new/like-new resellable condition
• Any consumable product (i.e. food, beauty, cleaning products) must be sealed and unused.

We reserve the right to request return shipping costs and/or a restocking fee of up to 20% of the order.

The following items cannot be returned:

• Gift cards
• Any products marked as "Clearance" are final.
• Any consumable products that have passed their expiration date, have been opened or show signs of use.

EXCHANGES

We allow exchange requests up to 30 calendar days from when you first receive your order.

REFUNDS

After receiving the returned items, a refund will be processed within 5 - 7 working days after approval.
