• For best results, apply this transfer to items with a sublimation coating or a high polyester count. We highly recommend using 100% white polyester shirts for a stunning outcome.
• If you prefer a faded or vintage look, opt for shirts with 65% polyester content or pastel colors.
• Remember not to use cotton or any material with less than 65% polyester.
• Please note that black shirts are not suitable for this transfer.

Ready to make the magic happen? Follow these easy application directions:

• Heat Press Required: Ensure you have a heat press on hand before starting.
• Set the Heat: Set your heat press to a temperature range of 385-400 degrees Fahrenheit.
• Pre-Press: Pre-press the shirt for 5 seconds before applying the transfer.
• Protective Measures: Place white butcher paper inside the shirt to prevent ink bleeding through to the back and the pressing pillow.
• Apply the Transfer: Position the transfer face down on the shirt and cover the top with butcher paper to protect your press from ink release.
• Press with Care: Apply medium pressure and press for 45-60 seconds.
• Remove with Caution: Immediately remove both the butcher paper and transfer to prevent any 'Ghosting' effect.

Keep the magic alive with proper care. Follow these washing instructions:

• Machine Wash: Turn the shirt inside out and machine wash with cold water.
• Hang to Dry: After washing, hang the shirt to dry.
• No Dryer: Avoid using a dryer.
• No Ironing: Do not iron the transfer.
• No Bleach: Avoid using bleach.
• No Fabric Softener: Skip the fabric softener.
• No Dry Cleaning: Keep away from dry cleaning.

RETURNS

You may return or exchange products within 30 calendar days of when you first receive your order, with the following conditions:

• Products must be in new/like-new resellable condition
• Any consumable product (i.e. food, beauty, cleaning products) must be sealed and unused.

We reserve the right to request return shipping costs and/or a restocking fee of up to 20% of the order.

The following items cannot be returned:

• Gift cards
• Any products marked as "Clearance" are final.
• Any consumable products that have passed their expiration date, have been opened or show signs of use.

EXCHANGES

We allow exchange requests up to 30 calendar days from when you first receive your order.

REFUNDS

After receiving the returned items, a refund will be processed within 5 - 7 working days after approval.
