To achieve the best results, we recommend applying this transfer to items with a sublimation coating or a high polyester count. It's important to note that 100% white polyester shirts work like a charm, while shirts with a polyester count of 65% or pastel colors will give you a faded or vintage look. Please avoid using cotton or anything below 65% polyester, as this may not yield the desired results. Also, black shirts won't work with this transfer, so keep that in mind when planning your projects.

Now, let's talk about the application process. To use this sublimation transfer, you'll need a heat press. Set your heat press to a temperature between 385-400 degrees Fahrenheit. Before applying the transfer, pre-press your shirt for 5 seconds to ensure a smooth surface. To prevent bleeding through to the back of the item and the pressing pillow, place white butcher paper inside the shirt. Then, carefully place the transfer face down on the shirt and cover the top of the transfer with butcher paper. Apply medium pressure and press for 45-60 seconds. Finally, remove both the butcher paper and transfer immediately to prevent any "ghosting" effects.

We know you want your creations to last, so here are some washing instructions to keep in mind. Machine wash your shirt with cold water, making sure to turn it inside out. Hang it to dry for best results. Avoid using a dryer, iron, bleach, fabric softener, or dry cleaning as these may affect the quality of the transfer. By following these simple instructions, your back-to-school creations will stay vibrant and fun for years to come!

RETURNS

You may return or exchange products within 30 calendar days of when you first receive your order, with the following conditions:

• Products must be in new/like-new resellable condition
• Any consumable product (i.e. food, beauty, cleaning products) must be sealed and unused.

We reserve the right to request return shipping costs and/or a restocking fee of up to 20% of the order.

The following items cannot be returned:

• Gift cards
• Any products marked as "Clearance" are final.
• Any consumable products that have passed their expiration date, have been opened or show signs of use.

EXCHANGES

We allow exchange requests up to 30 calendar days from when you first receive your order.
