For the best results, we recommend applying this transfer to items with a sublimation coating or a high polyester count. Aim for 100% white polyester for shirts to achieve the optimal vibrancy.

• 65% polyester shirts and pastel colors can give your creations a faded or vintage look, adding an extra touch of charm.
• Remember to avoid using cotton or any material with less than 65% polyester to ensure the best outcome.
• Unfortunately, black shirts are not suitable for this transfer.

Let's get started with the application directions:

• You must have a heat press to use sublimation.
• Set your heat press to a temperature between 385-400 degrees Fahrenheit.
• Start by pre-pressing the shirt for 5 seconds.
• To prevent ink bleed-through, place white butcher paper inside the shirt and under the pressing pillow.
• Position the transfer face down on the shirt, ensuring the top is covered with butcher paper to protect your press.
• Apply medium pressure and press for 45-60 seconds.
• Immediately remove both the butcher paper and transfer to prevent any "ghosting" effects.

Maintaining the longevity of your creation is important, so follow these washing instructions:

• Machine wash the shirt with cold water, and remember to turn it inside out.
• Hang the shirt to dry, avoiding the use of a dryer.
• Do not iron, bleach, use fabric softener, or dry clean the shirt.

RETURNS

You may return or exchange products within 30 calendar days of when you first receive your order, with the following conditions:

• Products must be in new/like-new resellable condition
• Any consumable product (i.e. food, beauty, cleaning products) must be sealed and unused.

We reserve the right to request return shipping costs and/or a restocking fee of up to 20% of the order.

The following items cannot be returned:

• Gift cards
• Any products marked as "Clearance" are final.
• Any consumable products that have passed their expiration date, have been opened or show signs of use.

EXCHANGES

We allow exchange requests up to 30 calendar days from when you first receive your order.

REFUNDS

After receiving the returned items, a refund will be processed within 5 - 7 working days after approval.
