• For optimal results, we recommend applying this transfer to items with a sublimation coating or high polyester count. Trust us, 100% polyester works like a charm!
• Want a faded or vintage look? Choose 65% polyester for shirts and pastel colors. It's like a trip down memory lane!
• Hold your horses! Please avoid using cotton or any material below 65% polyester. We want your creations to shine!
• Heads up! This transfer won't work its magic on black shirts. We prefer to keep the darkness at bay.

Ready to dive into the world of sublimation? Follow our simple application directions:

• Grab your trusty heat press (oh, we know the magic it holds!) and set it to 385-400 degrees Fahrenheit.
• Give your shirt a quick pre-press for 5 seconds. This little step makes all the difference!
• To protect your masterpiece, place white butcher paper inside the shirt before pressing. We don't want any ink mishaps!
• Lay the transfer face down on the shirt, but don't forget to cover it with butcher paper. No ink mess on your press, please!
• Get ready for the magic moment! Apply medium pressure and press for 45-60 seconds. Counting down... 3, 2, 1!
• Phew, the suspense is over! Remove both the butcher paper and the transfer immediately to prevent any "ghosting" – we prefer real-life apparitions!

Now that you've created something extraordinary, let's make sure it lasts:

• Treat your masterpiece with care by machine washing it with cold water, turned inside out. We don't want any surprises!
• Hang it out to dry like sun-kissed laundry on a summer day. Let nature work its charm!
• Sorry, but we're not fans of dryers. Keep them at a distance, please!
• No ironing, no fuss. Ain't nobody got time for that!
• Bleach, fabric softener, and dry cleaning are not invited to this party. Sorry, folks!

We now ship to Puerto Rico via UPS. Please check calculated rates at checkout. These orders are not valid with our current flat rate shipping offers.

FULFILLMENT TIME

RETURNS

You may return or exchange products within 30 calendar days of when you first receive your order, with the following conditions:

• Products must be in new/like-new resellable condition
• Any consumable product (i.e. food, beauty, cleaning products) must be sealed and unused.

We reserve the right to request return shipping costs and/or a restocking fee of up to 20% of the order.

The following items cannot be returned:

• Gift cards
• Any products marked as "Clearance" are final.
• Any consumable products that have passed their expiration date, have been opened or show signs of use.

EXCHANGES

We allow exchange requests up to 30 calendar days from when you first receive your order.
