Please review all instructions and specifications before purchasing this Hello Summer Sublimation Transfer. Due to the nature of the product, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds. However, we assure you that this adorable transfer will bring a splash of summer fun to your creations!

Get ready to dive into the world of sublimation! For optimal results, we recommend applying this transfer to items with a sublimation coating or a high polyester count. 100% white polyester shirts are suggested for vibrant and crisp prints. If you prefer a faded or vintage look, go for shirts with 65% polyester or pastel colors. Please avoid using cotton or anything below 65% polyester, as it might affect the transfer quality. Please note that this transfer is not compatible with black shirts.

To ensure a successful application, follow these simple directions:

1. Heat Press: You must have a heat press to use sublimation transfers.
2. Temperature: Set your heat press to 385-400 degrees Fahrenheit for optimal results.
3. Pre-press: Before applying the transfer, pre-press the shirt for 5 seconds.
4. Butcher Paper: To prevent bleeding through to the back of the item, place white butcher paper inside the shirt and on top of the transfer. This also protects your press.
5. Transfer Placement: Position the transfer face down on the shirt. Cover the top of the transfer with butcher paper to prevent ink release on the press.
6. Pressing: Apply medium pressure and press for 45-60 seconds.
7. Remove: Immediately remove both the butcher paper and transfer to prevent any "Ghosting" effects.

Keep your summer vibes intact by following these washing instructions:

• Machine Wash: Turn the shirt inside out and machine wash with cold water.
• Drying: Hang the shirt to dry naturally. Avoid using a dryer.
• Avoid: Do not iron, bleach, use fabric softener, or dry clean the shirt.

We now ship to Puerto Rico via UPS. Please check calculated rates at checkout. These orders are not valid with our current flat rate shipping offers.

Orders are shipped out within 24 hours of being placed during normal business days.

RETURNS

You may return or exchange products within 30 calendar days of when you first receive your order, with the following conditions:

• Products must be in new/like-new resellable condition
• Any consumable product (i.e. food, beauty, cleaning products) must be sealed and unused.

We reserve the right to request return shipping costs and/or a restocking fee of up to 20% of the order.

The following items cannot be returned:

• Gift cards
• Any products marked as "Clearance" are final.
• Any consumable products that have passed their expiration date, have been opened or show signs of use.

EXCHANGES

We allow exchange requests up to 30 calendar days from when you first receive your order.

REFUNDS

After receiving the returned items, a refund will be processed within 5 - 7 working days after approval.
