Our transfers work best when applied to items with a sublimation coating or those made of high-polyester material. We highly recommend using 100% white polyester shirts for optimal results.

If you're feeling a bit daring, try using shirts with a polyester count of 65% for a faded or vintage look. Just keep in mind that using cotton or anything below 65% polyester won't give you the desired outcome. And remember, black shirts won't work with this transfer.

Now, let's move on to the application directions. It's important to have a heat press on hand for this process. Set your heat press to a temperature range of 385-400 degrees Fahrenheit.

Before applying the transfer, pre-press the shirt for 5 seconds. To prevent ink bleeding through to the back of the item and your pressing pillow, place white butcher paper inside the shirt.

Next, put the transfer face down on the shirt and cover the top with butcher paper to protect your press. Apply medium pressure and press for 45-60 seconds. Once done, remove both the butcher paper and transfer immediately to prevent any "ghosting" effects.

Now, for the washing instructions. Machine wash your shirt with cold water, ensuring the shirt is turned inside out. Hang it up to dry, but please avoid using the dryer, iron, bleach, fabric softener, and dry cleaning methods.

RETURNS

You may return or exchange products within 30 calendar days of when you first receive your order, with the following conditions:

• Products must be in new/like-new resellable condition
• Any consumable product (i.e. food, beauty, cleaning products) must be sealed and unused.

We reserve the right to request return shipping costs and/or a restocking fee of up to 20% of the order.

The following items cannot be returned:

• Gift cards
• Any products marked as "Clearance" are final.
• Any consumable products that have passed their expiration date, have been opened or show signs of use.

EXCHANGES

We allow exchange requests up to 30 calendar days from when you first receive your order.

REFUNDS

After receiving the returned items, a refund will be processed within 5 - 7 working days after approval.
