• Looking to transfer onto shirts? We recommend using 100% WHITE polyester for the best results.
• If you're aiming for a faded or vintage look, try using shirts with a 65% polyester blend or pastel colors.
• Just a heads-up, avoid cotton or anything below 65% polyester, as it won't work well with our transfer.
• Psst! BLACK SHIRTS aren't compatible, so stick to lighter shades for the ultimate sublimation magic!

Now, let's dive into the application directions and bring your designs to life:

• First things first, you'll need a HEAT PRESS to use this sublimation transfer.
• Set your heat press to an ideal temperature range of 385-400 degrees Fahrenheit.
• Give your shirt a gentle pre-press for 5 seconds, ensuring a smooth surface.
• For protection and no ink bleeding, place white butcher paper inside the shirt and under the pressing pillow.
• Position the transfer face down on the shirt, and don't forget to cover the top with butcher paper.
• Press with medium pressure for 45-60 seconds—it's time to work your magic!
• Quick tip: Remove both the butcher paper and transfer immediately to prevent any pesky "ghosting".

Washing instructions to keep your creations looking fabulous:

• Machine wash your masterpiece with cold water, ensuring the shirt is turned inside out.
• Hang it up to dry and let your creation bask in the limelight.
• Remember, absolutely NO DRYER allowed. We want your design to shine for years to come!
• Ironing? Not a chance! Steer clear of the iron to preserve the awesomeness.
• Just say "NO" to bleach, fabric softener, and dry cleaning. They're not invited to this party.

We now ship to Puerto Rico via UPS. Please check calculated rates at checkout. These orders are not valid with our current flat rate shipping offers.

FULFILLMENT TIME

Due to increased order volume, fulfillment time will temporarily increase.

Orders are shipped out within 24 hours of being placed during normal business days.

RETURNS

You may return or exchange products within 30 calendar days of when you first receive your order, with the following conditions:

• Products must be in new/like-new resellable condition
• Any consumable product (i.e. food, beauty, cleaning products) must be sealed and unused.

We reserve the right to request return shipping costs and/or a restocking fee of up to 20% of the order.

The following items cannot be returned:

• Gift cards
• Any products marked as "Clearance" are final.
• Any consumable products that have passed their expiration date, have been opened or show signs of use.

EXCHANGES

We allow exchange requests up to 30 calendar days from when you first receive your order.

REFUNDS

After receiving the returned items, a refund will be processed within 5 - 7 working days after approval.
