• For the best results, we recommend applying this transfer to items with a sublimation coating or a high polyester count. 100% white polyester is the ideal choice for shirts.
• Want a faded or vintage look? Opt for 65% polyester shirts and pastel colors.
• Avoid using cotton or anything below 65% polyester as it may not yield the desired results.
• Oh, and one important thing – black shirts won't work with this transfer. Stick to other colors for maximum awesomeness.

Ready to work your magic? Here are the application directions:

• First things first, you'll need a heat press to make this sublimation transfer work its magic.
• Set your heat press to a temperature between 385-400 degrees Fahrenheit to achieve that perfect bond.
• Before applying the transfer, pre-press the shirt for 5 seconds to ensure a smooth surface.
• To prevent any ink bleeding through, place white butcher paper inside the shirt and atop the transfer during pressing.
• Now, carefully position the transfer face down on the shirt, and cover its top with butcher paper.
• Apply medium pressure and press for 45-60 seconds. Time to spread some sublimation magic!
• Remove both the butcher paper and transfer immediately to prevent any ghosting. We're all about crisp designs!

Now, let's talk about washing your creation:

• Machine wash your shirt inside out with cold water. Treat it with love!
• Hang it to dry and keep that vibrant design intact. Say no to the dryer!
• Remember, no ironing, bleach, fabric softener, or dry cleaning. Your creation deserves extra special care.

We now ship to Puerto Rico via UPS. Please check calculated rates at checkout. These orders are not valid with our current flat rate shipping offers.

RETURNS

You may return or exchange products within 30 calendar days of when you first receive your order, with the following conditions:

• Products must be in new/like-new resellable condition
• Any consumable product (i.e. food, beauty, cleaning products) must be sealed and unused.

We reserve the right to request return shipping costs and/or a restocking fee of up to 20% of the order.

The following items cannot be returned:

• Gift cards
• Any products marked as "Clearance" are final.
• Any consumable products that have passed their expiration date, have been opened or show signs of use.

EXCHANGES

We allow exchange requests up to 30 calendar days from when you first receive your order.

REFUNDS

After receiving the returned items, a refund will be processed within 5 - 7 working days after approval.
