• For optimal results, we recommend applying these transfers to items with a sublimation coating or a high polyester count. 100% polyester is the ideal choice.
• When it comes to shirts, we suggest using 100% white polyester for a crisp and flawless finish.
• If you're aiming for a faded or vintage look, go for shirts with 65% polyester or pastel colors.
• Avoid using cotton or anything below 65% polyester, as it may not yield the desired outcome.
• Black shirts, unfortunately, will not work with these transfers.

Now, let's dive into the application directions:

1. YOU MUST HAVE A HEAT PRESS TO USE SUBLIMATION. It's an essential tool for successful application.
2. Set your heat press to 385-400 degrees Fahrenheit.
3. Before applying the transfer, pre-press the shirt for 5 seconds. This ensures a smooth surface.
4. To prevent ink bleeding through to the back of the item or the pressing pillow, place white butcher paper inside the shirt.
5. Flip the transfer face down onto the shirt. Remember to cover the top of the transfer with butcher paper.
6. Apply medium pressure and press for 45-60 seconds.
7. Immediately remove both the butcher paper and transfer to prevent any "ghosting" effects.

Now that you've created your masterpiece, it's time to take care of it:

• Machine wash your creation with cold water, always turning the shirt inside out.
• Avoid using the dryer - hang it up to air dry and maintain its vibrancy.
• No ironing, bleach, fabric softener, or dry cleaning. Keep it natural!

RETURNS

You may return or exchange products within 30 calendar days of when you first receive your order, with the following conditions:

• Products must be in new/like-new resellable condition
• Any consumable product (i.e. food, beauty, cleaning products) must be sealed and unused.

We reserve the right to request return shipping costs and/or a restocking fee of up to 20% of the order.

The following items cannot be returned:

• Gift cards
• Any products marked as "Clearance" are final.
• Any consumable products that have passed their expiration date, have been opened or show signs of use.
