For optimal results, we recommend applying this transfer to items with a sublimation coating or a high polyester count. To achieve the best outcome, we suggest using 100% white polyester for shirts or 65% polyester for shirts and pastel colors for a faded or vintage look.

Attention! Please avoid using cotton or materials with less than 65% polyester, as the transfer may not adhere properly. Note that black shirts are not suitable for this transfer.

Now, let's dive into the application process! To use this sublimation transfer, you will need a heat press. Set your heat press to 385-400 degrees Fahrenheit and pre-press the shirt for 5 seconds.

To prevent any ink bleed-through, place white butcher paper inside the shirt and cover the top of the transfer with additional butcher paper. This step will protect your press and ensure a clean transfer.

Apply medium pressure and press the transfer for 45-60 seconds. Once done, remove both the butcher paper and transfer immediately to prevent any "ghosting" effects.

After your masterpiece is ready, it's time to take care of it! Machine wash the shirt with cold water, making sure to turn it inside out. Hang it to dry naturally, avoiding the use of a dryer. Remember, no ironing, bleach, fabric softener, or dry cleaning!

RETURNS

You may return or exchange products within 30 calendar days of when you first receive your order, with the following conditions:

• Products must be in new/like-new resellable condition
• Any consumable product (i.e. food, beauty, cleaning products) must be sealed and unused.

We reserve the right to request return shipping costs and/or a restocking fee of up to 20% of the order.

The following items cannot be returned:

• Gift cards
• Any products marked as "Clearance" are final.
• Any consumable products that have passed their expiration date, have been opened or show signs of use.

EXCHANGES

We allow exchange requests up to 30 calendar days from when you first receive your order.

REFUNDS
