For optimal results, we recommend applying this transfer to items with a sublimation coating or a high polyester count. 100% white polyester is ideal for vibrant and long-lasting designs, while 65% polyester shirts and pastel colors will give your creations a faded or vintage look. Avoid using cotton or anything below 65% polyester. Please note that the transfer is not compatible with black shirts.

Using this sublimation transfer is a breeze! Simply follow these easy steps:

1. Prepare your heat press by setting it to 385-400 degrees Fahrenheit.
2. Pre-press your shirt for 5 seconds to ensure a smooth application.
3. To prevent bleeding through, place white butcher paper inside the shirt and under the transfer.
4. Position the transfer face down on the shirt, then cover the top with butcher paper to protect your press.
5. Apply medium pressure and press for 45-60 seconds.
6. Immediately remove both the butcher paper and transfer to prevent any unwanted "ghosting" effects.

To keep your creations looking their best, please follow these washing instructions:

• Machine wash your shirt with cold water, turned inside out.
• Hang the shirt to dry.
• Avoid using a dryer, iron, bleach, fabric softener, or dry cleaning methods.

We now ship to Puerto Rico via UPS. Please check calculated rates at checkout. These orders are not valid with our current flat rate shipping offers.

FULFILLMENT TIME

RETURNS

You may return or exchange products within 30 calendar days of when you first receive your order, with the following conditions:

• Products must be in new/like-new resellable condition
• Any consumable product (i.e. food, beauty, cleaning products) must be sealed and unused.

We reserve the right to request return shipping costs and/or a restocking fee of up to 20% of the order.

The following items cannot be returned:

• Gift cards
• Any products marked as "Clearance" are final.
• Any consumable products that have passed their expiration date, have been opened or show signs of use.

EXCHANGES

We allow exchange requests up to 30 calendar days from when you first receive your order.

REFUNDS

After receiving the returned items, a refund will be processed within 5 - 7 working days after approval.
