Attention! Before diving into the Softball Vibes Sublimation Transfer, please note that this product cannot be returned or refunded. We want to make sure you're aware of this before making your purchase!

If you're ready to unleash the vibrant softball vibes, here's what you need to know:

• For the best results, we recommend applying this transfer to an item with a sublimation coating or one made of high polyester content. Aim for 100% polyester for shirts to achieve optimal results.
• For a faded or vintage look, go for shirts with 65% polyester or pastel colors.
• Keep in mind that cotton or anything below 65% polyester won't work. Sorry, no black shirts allowed!

Now let's get to the application directions:

• A heat press is an absolute must for using sublimation. Make sure you're prepared!
• Set your heat press to a temperature between 385-400 degrees Fahrenheit.
• Before pressing, pre-press the shirt for 5 seconds.
• To prevent ink bleeding to the back of the item or your pressing pillow, place white butcher paper inside the shirt.
• Place the transfer face down on the shirt and cover the top with butcher paper to keep your press ink-free.
• Press the transfer with medium pressure for 45-60 seconds.
• Remove both the butcher paper and transfer immediately to avoid any "Ghosting" surprises.

Time to take care of your Softball Vibes Sublimation Transfer:

• When washing, turn the shirt inside out and use cold water in the machine.
• Say no to the dryer! Hang your shirt to dry and let it bask in the glory of the softball vibes.
• Remember to keep the iron, bleach, fabric softener, and dry cleaning away from your precious transfer.

RETURNS

You may return or exchange products within 30 calendar days of when you first receive your order, with the following conditions:

• Products must be in new/like-new resellable condition
• Any consumable product (i.e. food, beauty, cleaning products) must be sealed and unused.

We reserve the right to request return shipping costs and/or a restocking fee of up to 20% of the order.

The following items cannot be returned:

• Gift cards
• Any products marked as "Clearance" are final.
• Any consumable products that have passed their expiration date, have been opened or show signs of use.

EXCHANGES

We allow exchange requests up to 30 calendar days from when you first receive your order.

REFUNDS

After receiving the returned items, a refund will be processed within 5 - 7 working days after approval.
