• For best results, apply this transfer to items with a sublimation coating or a high polyester count. We recommend using 100% white polyester shirts for optimal vibrancy.
• If you desire a faded or vintage look, choose shirts with 65% polyester or pastel colors.
• For best results, avoid using cotton or materials with less than 65% polyester.
• Please note that black shirts are not compatible with this transfer.

Follow these easy application directions to achieve fantastic results:

• A heat press is required for sublimation. Make sure you have one before using this transfer.
• Set your heat press to a temperature between 385-400 degrees Fahrenheit.
• Pre-press your shirt for 5 seconds to ensure a smooth application.
• Place white butcher paper inside the shirt to prevent bleeding through and protect your press.
• Position the transfer face down on the shirt and cover the top with butcher paper to avoid ink release on your press.
• Apply medium pressure and press for 45-60 seconds.
• Immediately remove both the butcher paper and transfer to prevent any "Ghosting".

Keep your design looking merry and bright with these washing instructions:

• Machine wash with cold water, ensuring the shirt is turned inside out.
• Hang the shirt to dry for optimal care.
• Avoid using a dryer, iron, bleach, fabric softener, or dry cleaning methods.

We now ship to Puerto Rico via UPS. Please check calculated rates at checkout. These orders are not valid with our current flat rate shipping offers.

RETURNS

You may return or exchange products within 30 calendar days of when you first receive your order, with the following conditions:

• Products must be in new/like-new resellable condition
• Any consumable product (i.e. food, beauty, cleaning products) must be sealed and unused.

We reserve the right to request return shipping costs and/or a restocking fee of up to 20% of the order.

The following items cannot be returned:

• Gift cards
• Any products marked as "Clearance" are final.
• Any consumable products that have passed their expiration date, have been opened or show signs of use.

EXCHANGES

We allow exchange requests up to 30 calendar days from when you first receive your order.

REFUNDS

After receiving the returned items, a refund will be processed within 5 - 7 working days after approval.
