For the best results, we recommend applying this transfer to items with a sublimation coating or a high polyester count. 100% white polyester is ideal for shirts, while a blend of 65% polyester is perfect for achieving a faded or vintage look. Please avoid using cotton or materials with less than 65% polyester, as they may not yield optimal results. And remember, black shirts are a no-go for this transfer.

Using our Pumpkin Spice and Everything Nice Sublimation Transfer is a breeze! Simply follow these easy application directions:

1. You must have a heat press to use sublimation.
2. Set your heat press to a temperature of 385-400 degrees Fahrenheit.
3. Pre-press the shirt for 5 seconds.
4. Place white butcher paper inside the shirt to prevent ink bleeding through to the back.
5. Position the transfer face down on the shirt and cover the top with butcher paper to protect your press.
6. Press the transfer with medium pressure for 45-60 seconds.
7. Remove both the butcher paper and transfer immediately to prevent any ghosting.

After completing your project, it's essential to follow our washing instructions to ensure the longevity of the design:

• Machine wash your shirt with cold water, turning it inside out.
• Hang the shirt to dry – no tumble drying.
• Avoid using an iron, bleach, fabric softener, or dry cleaning the shirt.

We now ship to Puerto Rico via UPS. Please check calculated rates at checkout. These orders are not valid with our current flat rate shipping offers.

RETURNS

You may return or exchange products within 30 calendar days of when you first receive your order, with the following conditions:

• Products must be in new/like-new resellable condition
• Any consumable product (i.e. food, beauty, cleaning products) must be sealed and unused.

We reserve the right to request return shipping costs and/or a restocking fee of up to 20% of the order.

The following items cannot be returned:

• Gift cards
• Any products marked as "Clearance" are final.
• Any consumable products that have passed their expiration date, have been opened or show signs of use.

EXCHANGES

We allow exchange requests up to 30 calendar days from when you first receive your order.

REFUNDS

After receiving the returned items, a refund will be processed within 5 - 7 working days after approval.
