Important Notice: This unique sublimation transfer is a one-of-a-kind product that adds a touch of magic to your creations. Please note that due to the nature of this item, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds.

Unleash your creativity with our Now Your Mine Sublimation Transfer! Designed to be applied to items with a sublimation coating or a high polyester count, this transfer will work wonders on your crafts. We recommend using 100% white polyester shirts for optimal results. For a faded or vintage look, try using shirts with 65% polyester or pastel colors. Please avoid using cotton or materials with less than 65% polyester. Keep in mind that black shirts are not compatible with this transfer.

Application Directions:

• A heat press is required to use this sublimation transfer. Make sure you have one before proceeding.
• Set your heat press to a temperature range of 385-400 degrees Fahrenheit.
• Pre-press your shirt for 5 seconds to ensure a smooth application.
• Place a sheet of white butcher paper inside the shirt to prevent any ink bleeding through to the back of the item and the pressing pillow.
• Position the transfer face down on the shirt, and cover the top of the transfer with butcher paper to protect your press.
• Apply medium pressure and press for 45-60 seconds.
• Immediately remove both the butcher paper and transfer to prevent any ghosting.

Washing Instructions:

• For best results, machine wash the shirt with cold water, inside out.
• Hang the shirt to dry, avoiding the use of a dryer.
• Do not iron the transferred area.
• Avoid using bleach, fabric softener, and dry cleaning the shirt.

We now ship to Puerto Rico via UPS. Please check calculated rates at checkout. These orders are not valid with our current flat rate shipping offers.

Orders are shipped out within 24 hours of being placed during normal business days.

RETURNS

You may return or exchange products within 30 calendar days of when you first receive your order, with the following conditions:

• Products must be in new/like-new resellable condition
• Any consumable product (i.e. food, beauty, cleaning products) must be sealed and unused.

We reserve the right to request return shipping costs and/or a restocking fee of up to 20% of the order.

The following items cannot be returned:

• Gift cards
• Any products marked as "Clearance" are final.
• Any consumable products that have passed their expiration date, have been opened or show signs of use.

EXCHANGES

We allow exchange requests up to 30 calendar days from when you first receive your order.

REFUNDS

After receiving the returned items, a refund will be processed within 5 - 7 working days after approval.
