To achieve the best results, we recommend applying this transfer to an item with a sublimation coating or one made of high-quality polyester. For shirts, we suggest using 100% white polyester to make your design pop. However, if you're after a faded or vintage look, opt for shirts with 65% polyester or pastel colors. Please note that cotton or materials with less than 65% polyester won't yield the desired results, and black shirts are not suitable for this transfer.

Now, let's get down to business with the application directions:

• First things first, ensure you have a heat press to work with sublimation transfers. It's a must-have!
• Set your heat press to a temperature between 385-400 degrees Fahrenheit.
• Before applying the transfer, pre-press your shirt for 5 seconds to create a smooth surface.
• To prevent bleeding through the fabric, place white butcher paper inside the shirt and under the transfer.
• Position the transfer face down on the shirt, and cover the top with butcher paper to protect your press.
• Apply medium pressure and press for 45-60 seconds.
• Once done, remove both the butcher paper and transfer immediately to prevent any "Ghosting" effect.

1. Machine wash the shirt turned inside out using cold water.
2. Avoid using a dryer and instead hang the shirt to dry naturally.
3. For best results, refrain from ironing, bleaching, using fabric softener, or dry cleaning.

We now ship to Puerto Rico via UPS. Please check calculated rates at checkout. These orders are not valid with our current flat rate shipping offers.

RETURNS

You may return or exchange products within 30 calendar days of when you first receive your order, with the following conditions:

• Products must be in new/like-new resellable condition
• Any consumable product (i.e. food, beauty, cleaning products) must be sealed and unused.

We reserve the right to request return shipping costs and/or a restocking fee of up to 20% of the order.

The following items cannot be returned:

• Gift cards
• Any products marked as "Clearance" are final.
• Any consumable products that have passed their expiration date, have been opened or show signs of use.

EXCHANGES

We allow exchange requests up to 30 calendar days from when you first receive your order.
