For the best results, we recommend applying this transfer to items with a sublimation coating or a high polyester count. 100% white polyester shirts work wonderfully, while shirts with 65% polyester and pastel colors will give you a charming faded or vintage look. Please avoid using cotton or materials with less than 65% polyester, as they may not yield the desired results. Just a heads up, black shirts won't work with this transfer.

Application Directions:

1. Make sure you have a heat press ready for the sublimation process.
2. Set your heat press to a temperature between 385-400 degrees Fahrenheit.
3. Before applying the transfer, pre-press the shirt for 5 seconds to ensure proper adhesion.
4. To prevent bleeding through to the back of the item and the pressing pillow, place white butcher paper inside the shirt.
5. Place the transfer face down on the shirt and cover the top with butcher paper to protect your press from ink release.
6. Apply medium pressure and press for 45-60 seconds.
7. After pressing, immediately remove both the butcher paper and the transfer to prevent any ghosting.

Washing Instructions:

• For best care, machine wash the shirt with cold water and ensure it is turned inside out.
• Hang the shirt to dry, avoiding the use of a dryer.
• Do not iron the transfer.
• Avoid using bleach, fabric softener, and dry cleaning.

RETURNS

You may return or exchange products within 30 calendar days of when you first receive your order, with the following conditions:

• Products must be in new/like-new resellable condition
• Any consumable product (i.e. food, beauty, cleaning products) must be sealed and unused.

We reserve the right to request return shipping costs and/or a restocking fee of up to 20% of the order.

The following items cannot be returned:

• Gift cards
• Any products marked as "Clearance" are final.
• Any consumable products that have passed their expiration date, have been opened or show signs of use.

EXCHANGES

We allow exchange requests up to 30 calendar days from when you first receive your order.

REFUNDS

After receiving the returned items, a refund will be processed within 5 - 7 working days after approval.
