These vibrant transfers are designed to be applied to items with a sublimation coating or a high polyester count. For the best results, we recommend using 100% white polyester shirts. If you prefer a faded or vintage look, go for shirts with 65% polyester or pastel colors. Avoid using cotton or anything below 65% polyester, as it may not work. Please note that black shirts are not suitable for this.

Transforming your creations is a breeze with these application directions:

1. You'll need a heat press for sublimation.
2. Set your heat press to 385-400 degrees Fahrenheit.
3. Pre-press the shirt for 5 seconds.
4. Place white butcher paper inside the shirt to prevent bleeding through and protect the pressing pillow.
5. Position the transfer face down on the shirt, and cover the top with butcher paper to avoid ink release on the press.
6. Apply medium pressure and press for 45-60 seconds.
7. Remove both the butcher paper and transfer immediately to prevent "Ghosting".

Keep your creations vibrant and lasting with these washing instructions:

• Machine wash with cold water, turning the shirt inside out.
• Hang the shirt to dry.
• Avoid using the dryer, iron, bleach, fabric softener, and dry cleaning.

We now ship to Puerto Rico via UPS. Please check calculated rates at checkout. These orders are not valid with our current flat rate shipping offers.

FULFILLMENT TIME

Due to increased order volume, fulfillment time will temporarily increase.

Orders are shipped out within 24 hours of being placed during normal business days.

RETURNS

You may return or exchange products within 30 calendar days of when you first receive your order, with the following conditions:

• Products must be in new/like-new resellable condition
• Any consumable product (i.e. food, beauty, cleaning products) must be sealed and unused.

We reserve the right to request return shipping costs and/or a restocking fee of up to 20% of the order.

The following items cannot be returned:

• Gift cards
• Any products marked as "Clearance" are final.
• Any consumable products that have passed their expiration date, have been opened or show signs of use.

EXCHANGES

We allow exchange requests up to 30 calendar days from when you first receive your order.

REFUNDS

After receiving the returned items, a refund will be processed within 5 - 7 working days after approval.
