Please note: This product cannot be returned or refunded, so make sure to choose the right item for application. For optimal results, we recommend applying the transfer to an item with a sublimation coating or a high polyester count. 100% white polyester shirts are highly recommended to showcase the vibrant colors of the design.

1. For a faded or vintage look, try applying the transfer onto shirts with 65% polyester or pastel colors.
2. Avoid using cotton or materials with less than 65% polyester for best results.
3. Black shirts, unfortunately, will not work with this specific transfer.

Before application, you must have a heat press on hand. Follow these simple steps for a successful transfer:

1. Set your heat press to a temperature between 385-400 degrees Fahrenheit.
2. Pre-press the shirt for 5 seconds to ensure a smooth surface.
3. Place white butcher paper inside the shirt to prevent ink bleeding through.
4. Position the transfer face down on the shirt and cover the top with butcher paper to protect your press.
5. Apply medium pressure and press for 45-60 seconds.
6. Immediately remove both the butcher paper and transfer to avoid any "ghosting" effect.

To keep the design looking fresh and vibrant, follow these washing instructions:

• Machine wash the shirt with cold water, always turn it inside out.
• Hang the shirt to dry naturally.
• Avoid using a dryer, iron, bleach, fabric softener, or dry cleaning methods.

We now ship to Puerto Rico via UPS. Please check calculated rates at checkout. These orders are not valid with our current flat rate shipping offers.

RETURNS

You may return or exchange products within 30 calendar days of when you first receive your order, with the following conditions:

• Products must be in new/like-new resellable condition
• Any consumable product (i.e. food, beauty, cleaning products) must be sealed and unused.

We reserve the right to request return shipping costs and/or a restocking fee of up to 20% of the order.

The following items cannot be returned:

• Gift cards
• Any products marked as "Clearance" are final.
• Any consumable products that have passed their expiration date, have been opened or show signs of use.

EXCHANGES

We allow exchange requests up to 30 calendar days from when you first receive your order.

REFUNDS

After receiving the returned items, a refund will be processed within 5 - 7 working days after approval.
