Please note: Due to the nature of this product, returns or refunds are not available.

For best results, we recommend applying this transfer to items with a sublimation coating or a high polyester count. 100% white polyester shirts are ideal for showcasing the vibrant colors of the design. If you prefer a faded or vintage look, opt for shirts with 65% polyester content or pastel colors. Please avoid using cotton or anything below 65% polyester, as the transfer may not adhere properly. Please note that this transfer is not suitable for black shirts.

Using this sublimation transfer is a breeze with the following application directions:

1. You must have a heat press to use sublimation.
2. Set your heat press to a temperature range of 385-400 degrees Fahrenheit.
3. Pre-press the shirt for 5 seconds to ensure optimal adhesion.
4. Place a white butcher paper inside the shirt to prevent bleed-through onto the back of the item and the pressing pillow.
5. Position the transfer face down on the shirt, making sure to cover the top of the transfer with butcher paper to prevent ink release onto the press.
6. Apply medium pressure and press for 45-60 seconds.
7. Immediately remove both the butcher paper and the transfer to prevent any "ghosting."

Keep your sunflower love shining bright with these washing instructions:

• Machine wash the shirt with cold water, turned inside out.
• Hang the shirt to dry naturally and avoid using a dryer.
• Do not iron the transfer.
• Avoid using bleach, fabric softeners, or dry cleaning the shirt.

RETURNS

You may return or exchange products within 30 calendar days of when you first receive your order, with the following conditions:

• Products must be in new/like-new resellable condition
• Any consumable product (i.e. food, beauty, cleaning products) must be sealed and unused.

We reserve the right to request return shipping costs and/or a restocking fee of up to 20% of the order.

The following items cannot be returned:

• Gift cards
• Any products marked as "Clearance" are final.
• Any consumable products that have passed their expiration date, have been opened or show signs of use.

EXCHANGES

We allow exchange requests up to 30 calendar days from when you first receive your order.

REFUNDS

After receiving the returned items, a refund will be processed within 5 - 7 working days after approval.
