Please note: Due to the nature of this product, it cannot be returned or refunded. Make sure to read the application and washing instructions carefully.

1. Prepare your heat press by setting it to a temperature between 385-400 degrees Fahrenheit.
2. Pre-press your shirt for 5 seconds to ensure a smooth surface.
3. Place a sheet of white butcher paper inside the shirt to prevent bleeding through.
4. Position the transfer face down on the shirt and cover the top with butcher paper to protect your press.
5. Apply medium pressure and press for 45-60 seconds.
6. Immediately remove both the butcher paper and transfer to avoid any "Ghosting" effect.

• For long-lasting results, machine wash your shirt with cold water, turned inside out.
• Hang the shirt to dry, avoiding the use of a dryer.
• Do not iron the design.
• Avoid the use of bleach, fabric softener, and dry cleaning.

We now ship to Puerto Rico via UPS. Please check calculated rates at checkout. These orders are not valid with our current flat rate shipping offers.

RETURNS

You may return or exchange products within 30 calendar days of when you first receive your order, with the following conditions:

• Products must be in new/like-new resellable condition
• Any consumable product (i.e. food, beauty, cleaning products) must be sealed and unused.

We reserve the right to request return shipping costs and/or a restocking fee of up to 20% of the order.

The following items cannot be returned:

• Gift cards
• Any products marked as "Clearance" are final.
• Any consumable products that have passed their expiration date, have been opened or show signs of use.

EXCHANGES

We allow exchange requests up to 30 calendar days from when you first receive your order.

REFUNDS
