Whether you're designing custom shirts or experimenting with various fabrics, this transfer is here to take your projects to the next level!

• For the best results, we recommend using 100% WHITE polyester shirts. They provide the ideal canvas for the vibrant sublimation colors to shine.
• If you're into a faded or vintage look, opt for shirts with a polyester count of at least 65% and pastel colors. You'll achieve that charming, worn-in aesthetic.
• Please avoid using cotton or materials with a polyester count below 65%. The sublimation process won't work its magic on them.
• Just a heads-up: this transfer won't work on black shirts. Stick to lighter shades to make the most of its enchanting effects.

Picture-perfect application is a breeze with our easy-to-follow directions:

• Before diving into the creative process, make sure you have a heat press. It's an essential tool for using our sublimation transfer.
• Set your heat press to a temperature between 385-400 degrees Fahrenheit. It's the sweet spot for achieving professional results.
• Pre-press your shirt for 5 seconds. This step ensures a smooth and flawless application.
• Place white butcher paper inside the shirt to prevent any ink bleeding through to the back or the pressing pillow. No surprises, only perfection!
• Position the transfer face down on the shirt, ensuring it's perfectly aligned. Cover the top of the transfer with butcher paper to protect your press.
• Apply medium pressure and press for 45-60 seconds. Enjoy the anticipation as the magic unfolds!
• Remove both the butcher paper and transfer immediately to avoid any "ghosting" effects. Your design will be crisp and vibrant.

Keep your creations looking their best with our washing instructions:

• For long-lasting results, machine wash your shirt with cold water. Remember to turn it inside out to preserve the design.
• Hang your shirt to dry, embracing the whimsical charm it brings to your life.
• Steer clear of the dryer, iron, bleach, fabric softener, and dry cleaning. These may dim the enchantment of your creation.

We now ship to Puerto Rico via UPS. Please check calculated rates at checkout. These orders are not valid with our current flat rate shipping offers.

RETURNS

You may return or exchange products within 30 calendar days of when you first receive your order, with the following conditions:

• Products must be in new/like-new resellable condition
• Any consumable product (i.e. food, beauty, cleaning products) must be sealed and unused.

We reserve the right to request return shipping costs and/or a restocking fee of up to 20% of the order.

The following items cannot be returned:

• Gift cards
• Any products marked as "Clearance" are final.
• Any consumable products that have passed their expiration date, have been opened or show signs of use.

EXCHANGES

We allow exchange requests up to 30 calendar days from when you first receive your order.

REFUNDS
