• For best results, we recommend applying this transfer to items with a sublimation coating or a high polyester count. 100% white polyester shirts are the ideal surface for vibrant and long-lasting designs.
• Want a faded or vintage look? Opt for shirts with a 65% polyester blend or pastel colors.
• Remember, clothing made of cotton or anything below 65% polyester won't work with this transfer.
• Unfortunately, black shirts are not suitable for this particular transfer.

Ready to get started? Follow our simple application directions:

• Step 1: You must have a heat press to use sublimation. Make sure you have one before proceeding.
• Step 2: Set your heat press to a temperature between 385-400 degrees Fahrenheit. This will ensure optimal transfer quality.
• Step 3: Pre-press your shirt for 5 seconds to prepare the surface.
• Step 4: To prevent bleeding through to the back of the item and the pressing pillow, place white butcher paper inside the shirt.
• Step 5: Position the transfer face down on the shirt. Cover the top of the transfer with butcher paper to avoid ink release on your press.
• Step 6: Apply medium pressure and press for 45-60 seconds.
• Step 7: Immediately remove both the butcher paper and transfer to prevent any "ghosting" effects.

Our sublimation transfers are designed to stand the test of time. Follow these washing instructions to keep them looking their best:

• Step 1: Machine wash your shirt with cold water, ensuring it is turned inside out.
• Step 2: Hang your shirt to dry – avoid using a dryer.
• Step 3: Do not iron the transfer – let your creation shine as is!
• Step 4: Say no to bleach, fabric softener, and dry cleaning.

RETURNS

You may return or exchange products within 30 calendar days of when you first receive your order, with the following conditions:

• Products must be in new/like-new resellable condition
• Any consumable product (i.e. food, beauty, cleaning products) must be sealed and unused.

We reserve the right to request return shipping costs and/or a restocking fee of up to 20% of the order.

The following items cannot be returned:

• Gift cards
• Any products marked as "Clearance" are final.
• Any consumable products that have passed their expiration date, have been opened or show signs of use.

EXCHANGES

We allow exchange requests up to 30 calendar days from when you first receive your order.
