Get ready to elevate your crafting game with our Hey Pumpkin Sublimation Transfer! Designed with small business owners and savvy shoppers in mind, this transfer is perfect for creating unique, eye-catching designs.

• For best results, apply this transfer to items with a sublimation coating or those made of high polyester count fabric. We recommend 100% polyester for a crisp finish.
• If you prefer a faded or vintage look, go for shirts with 65% polyester and pastel colors.
• Do not use cotton or fabrics with less than 65% polyester content.
• Kindly note that black shirts are not compatible with this transfer.

Application Directions:

• A heat press is essential for using sublimation transfers. Make sure you have one handy.
• Set your heat press to a temperature between 385-400 degrees Fahrenheit.
• Pre-press the shirt for 5 seconds before applying the transfer.
• To prevent ink bleeding, place white butcher paper inside the shirt and over the transfer when pressing.
• Position the transfer face down on the shirt, ensuring the top is covered with butcher paper.
• Apply medium pressure and press for 45-60 seconds.
• Immediately remove both the butcher paper and transfer to avoid any ghosting.

Washing Instructions:

• Machine wash the shirt inside out with cold water.
• Avoid using the dryer.
• Hang the shirt to dry naturally.
• Do not iron the transferred area.
• Avoid using bleach, fabric softener, and dry cleaning.

RETURNS

You may return or exchange products within 30 calendar days of when you first receive your order, with the following conditions:

• Products must be in new/like-new resellable condition
• Any consumable product (i.e. food, beauty, cleaning products) must be sealed and unused.

We reserve the right to request return shipping costs and/or a restocking fee of up to 20% of the order.

The following items cannot be returned:

• Gift cards
• Any products marked as "Clearance" are final.
• Any consumable products that have passed their expiration date, have been opened or show signs of use.

EXCHANGES

We allow exchange requests up to 30 calendar days from when you first receive your order.

REFUNDS

After receiving the returned items, a refund will be processed within 5 - 7 working days after approval.
