For optimal results, we recommend applying the transfer to items with a sublimation coating or those made with a high polyester count. 100% white polyester is suggested for shirts, while 65% polyester is ideal for shirts and pastel colors, giving you a faded or vintage look. Please avoid using cotton or any material with less than 65% polyester. Keep in mind that black shirts will not work with this transfer.

To ensure seamless application, follow these simple directions:

• 1. Heat Press: You must have a heat press to use sublimation.
• 2. Temperature: Set your heat press to 385-400 degrees Fahrenheit.
• 3. Pre-press: Pre-press the shirt for 5 seconds before applying the transfer.
• 4. Butcher Paper: Place white butcher paper inside the shirt to prevent bleeding through to the back of the item and the pressing pillow.
• 5. Transfer Placement: Put the transfer face down on the shirt. Cover the top of the transfer with butcher paper to prevent ink release on your press.
• 6. Press: Press for 45-60 seconds with medium pressure.
• 7. Removal: Remove both the butcher paper and transfer immediately to prevent "Ghosting" effect.

To keep your creation looking its best, follow these washing instructions:

1. 1. Machine Wash: Wash with cold water, and always turn the shirt inside out.
2. 2. Hang to Dry: Allow the shirt to air dry by hanging it up.
3. 3. No Dryer: Do not tumble dry the shirt in a dryer.
4. 4. No Iron: Avoid ironing the transferred area.
5. 5. No Bleach: Do not use any bleach products on the shirt.
6. 6. No Fabric Softener: Avoid using fabric softener when washing.
7. 7. No Dry Cleaning: Do not dry clean the shirt.

RETURNS

You may return or exchange products within 30 calendar days of when you first receive your order, with the following conditions:

• Products must be in new/like-new resellable condition
• Any consumable product (i.e. food, beauty, cleaning products) must be sealed and unused.

We reserve the right to request return shipping costs and/or a restocking fee of up to 20% of the order.

The following items cannot be returned:

• Gift cards
• Any products marked as "Clearance" are final.
• Any consumable products that have passed their expiration date, have been opened or show signs of use.

EXCHANGES

We allow exchange requests up to 30 calendar days from when you first receive your order.

REFUNDS
