• We recommend applying this transfer to items with a sublimation coating or a high polyester count for the best results.
• For shirts, using 100% white polyester will give you the most vibrant colors.
• If you prefer a faded or vintage look, go for shirts with a 65% polyester blend or pastel colors.
• Avoid using cotton or anything below 65% polyester to ensure optimal quality.
• Unfortunately, black shirts are not suitable for this transfer.

Ready to bring your design to life? Here's how to apply the sublimation transfer:

1. You'll need a heat press to use this transfer effectively.
2. Set your heat press to a temperature between 385-400 degrees Fahrenheit.
3. Before applying the transfer, pre-press the shirt for 5 seconds to ensure proper adhesion.
4. To protect the back of the item and the pressing pillow, place white butcher paper inside the shirt.
5. Position the transfer face down on the shirt, and cover the top with butcher paper to prevent ink from releasing onto the press.
6. Press the transfer for 45-60 seconds with medium pressure.
7. Immediately remove both the butcher paper and transfer to avoid any "ghosting" effects.

Now that your creation is complete, it's important to follow the washing instructions to maintain its quality:

• Machine wash the shirt with cold water, always turning it inside out.
• Hang the shirt to dry, avoiding the use of a dryer.
• Do not iron the design to prevent any damage.
• Avoid using bleach, fabric softener, and dry cleaning methods.

RETURNS

You may return or exchange products within 30 calendar days of when you first receive your order, with the following conditions:

• Products must be in new/like-new resellable condition
• Any consumable product (i.e. food, beauty, cleaning products) must be sealed and unused.

We reserve the right to request return shipping costs and/or a restocking fee of up to 20% of the order.

The following items cannot be returned:

• Gift cards
• Any products marked as "Clearance" are final.
• Any consumable products that have passed their expiration date, have been opened or show signs of use.

EXCHANGES

We allow exchange requests up to 30 calendar days from when you first receive your order.
