• Recommended for items with a sublimation coating or a high polyester count
• For shirts, 100% white polyester is suggested to bring out the vibrant colors
• Try 65% polyester for shirts and pastel colors to achieve a faded or vintage look
• Please avoid using cotton or anything below 65% polyester for best results
• Note: Black shirts are not compatible with this transfer

To apply this sublimation transfer, you'll need a heat press. Follow these easy application directions:

• Set your heat press to 385-400 degrees Fahrenheit
• Pre-press the shirt for 5 seconds to ensure a smooth surface
• Place white butcher paper inside the shirt to prevent any ink bleeding through
• Position the transfer face down on the shirt and cover it with butcher paper
• Apply medium pressure and press for 45-60 seconds
• Remove both the butcher paper and transfer immediately to avoid any "Ghosting"

Keep your shirt looking fantastic with these washing instructions:

• Machine wash with cold water and turn the shirt inside out
• Hang the shirt to dry for best results
• Avoid using a dryer, iron, bleach, fabric softener, or dry cleaning

RETURNS

You may return or exchange products within 30 calendar days of when you first receive your order, with the following conditions:

• Products must be in new/like-new resellable condition
• Any consumable product (i.e. food, beauty, cleaning products) must be sealed and unused.

We reserve the right to request return shipping costs and/or a restocking fee of up to 20% of the order.

The following items cannot be returned:

• Gift cards
• Any products marked as "Clearance" are final.
• Any consumable products that have passed their expiration date, have been opened or show signs of use.

EXCHANGES

We allow exchange requests up to 30 calendar days from when you first receive your order.

REFUNDS

After receiving the returned items, a refund will be processed within 5 - 7 working days after approval.
