These delightful tumblers are perfect for crafting or reselling. Crafted with love, these tumblers are designed to hold your favorite beverages in style while adding a touch of enchantment to your day.

For optimal results, we recommend applying transfers to items with a sublimation coating or those made with a high polyester count. We suggest using 100% white polyester for shirts, as it ensures the best outcome. If you prefer a faded or vintage look, try using shirts with 65% polyester or pastel colors. Please avoid using cotton or anything below 65% polyester, as it may not yield the desired results. Kindly note that these tumblers are not suitable for use with black shirts.

Ready to embark on your magical crafting journey? Here's a guide to applying the transfers:

• Heat Press: Make sure you have a heat press to use for sublimation.
• Heat Settings: Set your heat press to a temperature between 385-400 degrees Fahrenheit.
• Pre-Press: Pre-press the shirt for 5 seconds to ensure a smooth surface.
• Butcher Paper: Place white butcher paper inside the shirt to prevent bleeding through to the back of the item and the pressing pillow.
• Transfer Placement: Position the transfer face down on the shirt. Cover the top of the transfer with butcher paper to prevent ink from releasing onto your press.
• Pressing Time: Apply medium pressure and press for 45-60 seconds.
• Remove Carefully: Immediately remove both the butcher paper and transfer to prevent any "ghosting."

Now that your masterpiece is complete, it's important to care for it properly:

• Machine Wash: Wash the item with cold water, ensuring the shirt is turned inside out to protect the design.
• Hang to Dry: After washing, hang the item to dry naturally.
• No Dryer: Avoid using a dryer, as it may damage the design.
• No Iron: Please refrain from ironing the garment.
• No Bleach: Do not bleach the item.
• No Fabric Softener: Avoid using fabric softener, as it may affect the design's longevity.
• No Dry Cleaning: This item is not suitable for dry cleaning.

We now ship to Puerto Rico via UPS. Please check calculated rates at checkout. These orders are not valid with our current flat rate shipping offers.

RETURNS

You may return or exchange products within 30 calendar days of when you first receive your order, with the following conditions:

• Products must be in new/like-new resellable condition
• Any consumable product (i.e. food, beauty, cleaning products) must be sealed and unused.

We reserve the right to request return shipping costs and/or a restocking fee of up to 20% of the order.

The following items cannot be returned:

• Gift cards
• Any products marked as "Clearance" are final.
• Any consumable products that have passed their expiration date, have been opened or show signs of use.

EXCHANGES

We allow exchange requests up to 30 calendar days from when you first receive your order.

REFUNDS

After receiving the returned items, a refund will be processed within 5 - 7 working days after approval.
