PLEASE NOTE: This product is non-returnable and non-refundable.

• Recommended for use on items with a sublimation coating or high polyester count
• For best results, use 100% white polyester shirts
• Add a faded or vintage look to your designs with 65% polyester shirts and pastel colors
• Avoid using cotton or materials with less than 65% polyester
• Not suitable for black shirts

Application Directions:

1. A heat press is required for sublimation
2. Set your heat press to 385-400 degrees Fahrenheit
3. Pre-press the shirt for 5 seconds
4. To prevent bleeding through, place white butcher paper inside the shirt and on top of the pressing pillow
5. Position the transfer face down on the shirt and cover with butcher paper
6. Apply medium pressure and press for 45-60 seconds
7. Immediately remove both the butcher paper and transfer to prevent "Ghosting"

Washing Instructions:

• Machine wash the shirt inside out with cold water
• Hang the shirt to dry
• Avoid using the dryer, iron, bleach, fabric softener, or dry cleaning

We now ship to Puerto Rico via UPS. Please check calculated rates at checkout. These orders are not valid with our current flat rate shipping offers.

FULFILLMENT TIME

RETURNS

You may return or exchange products within 30 calendar days of when you first receive your order, with the following conditions:

• Products must be in new/like-new resellable condition
• Any consumable product (i.e. food, beauty, cleaning products) must be sealed and unused.

We reserve the right to request return shipping costs and/or a restocking fee of up to 20% of the order.

The following items cannot be returned:

• Gift cards
• Any products marked as "Clearance" are final.
• Any consumable products that have passed their expiration date, have been opened or show signs of use.

EXCHANGES

We allow exchange requests up to 30 calendar days from when you first receive your order.

REFUNDS

After receiving the returned items, a refund will be processed within 5 - 7 working days after approval.
