Create eye-catching designs with ease! Our transfers work best on items with a sublimation coating or a high polyester count. For optimal results, we recommend using 100% white polyester shirts. If you prefer a faded or vintage look, go for shirts with 65% polyester or pastel colors. Please avoid using cotton or materials with less than 65% polyester, as they may not produce the desired outcome. Please note that black shirts are not compatible with this transfer.

Application Directions:

1. You must have a heat press to use this sublimation transfer.
2. Set your heat press to a temperature range of 385-400 degrees Fahrenheit.
3. Pre-press the shirt for 5 seconds to ensure a smooth application.
4. Place white butcher paper inside the shirt to prevent ink bleeding through to the back of the item and the pressing pillow.
5. Position the transfer face down on the shirt and cover the top with butcher paper to protect your press.
6. Apply medium pressure and press for 45-60 seconds.
7. Immediately remove both the butcher paper and the transfer to prevent any "Ghosting" effect.

Washing Instructions:

• Machine wash the shirt inside out using cold water.
• Hang the shirt to dry.
• Avoid using a dryer, iron, bleach, fabric softener, or dry cleaning.

RETURNS

You may return or exchange products within 30 calendar days of when you first receive your order, with the following conditions:

• Products must be in new/like-new resellable condition
• Any consumable product (i.e. food, beauty, cleaning products) must be sealed and unused.

We reserve the right to request return shipping costs and/or a restocking fee of up to 20% of the order.

The following items cannot be returned:

• Gift cards
• Any products marked as "Clearance" are final.
• Any consumable products that have passed their expiration date, have been opened or show signs of use.

EXCHANGES

We allow exchange requests up to 30 calendar days from when you first receive your order.

REFUNDS

After receiving the returned items, a refund will be processed within 5 - 7 working days after approval.
