1. Gently wrap the printed image around your sublimation tumbler, like a warm hug for your drink.
2. Secure it in place with heat tape, ensuring a snug fit for a flawless finish.

If you're using a sublimation oven, we recommend using silicone wrap or shrink wrap for optimal results.

It's time to set the temperature and time for perfection!

• Tumbler Press: Heat it up to a cozy 365 degrees Fahrenheit, and press for 30 seconds on one side. Then, give it a twirl and press for another 30 seconds on the opposite side.
• Oven: Turn up the heat to a toasty 400 degrees Fahrenheit, and pop your tumbler in for 5 minutes. Remember to give it a spin every 2 minutes for even heat distribution.

And voila! Once your masterpiece is complete, peel off the transfer sheet immediately to reveal the breathtaking results.

We now ship to Puerto Rico via UPS. Please check calculated rates at checkout. These orders are not valid with our current flat rate shipping offers.

FULFILLMENT TIME

RETURNS

You may return or exchange products within 30 calendar days of when you first receive your order, with the following conditions:

• Products must be in new/like-new resellable condition
• Any consumable product (i.e. food, beauty, cleaning products) must be sealed and unused.

We reserve the right to request return shipping costs and/or a restocking fee of up to 20% of the order.

The following items cannot be returned:

• Gift cards
• Any products marked as "Clearance" are final.
• Any consumable products that have passed their expiration date, have been opened or show signs of use.

EXCHANGES

We allow exchange requests up to 30 calendar days from when you first receive your order.

REFUNDS

After receiving the returned items, a refund will be processed within 5 - 7 working days after approval.
